I was trying to track down a parcel that had somehow been dispatched to Star Trak. No one had attempted to deliver. When I finally traced to Start Track, the person couldn't find it out the back. She asked someone behind a desk at reception, if they'd see it. The person pointed to the corner of the room and said "that's been there for ages, maybe it's that" My mobile number was clearly labeled under my street address. It had been sitting there for over a month. No one bothered to deliver or call.

Is it too hard to give a call up on delivery, When customers pay for the delivery ? You do not have a system to check who is the driver! The office hours need to be updated - that you close at 4 pm!! On the automated message - No proper information on Where the item can be located if undelivered, unless wait for 30 min on line to get hold of some one to advice!

Laura (?) and the other staff were very helpful . Service with a smile in what must be very busy circumstances . A cut above other depots I deal with .... and a gazillion times better than the call centre staff. Amazing what happens when you can get face to face interaction .
