First experience with StarTrack: The postie didn't want to deliver it in the rain, so he decided to mark it as incorrect address to be returned to sender, rather than just taking it to the local post office or leaving a card or actually doing his job and delivering it. Second and final experience with StarTrack: No rain, perfect weather, people outside the house on the porch, the postie drives by, drops the card, and zooms off. No opening of the gate, no calling out, and he didn't even write the correct time on the card. Infuriating. 100% terrible experiences.

Once again the driver has failed to deliver the package - this is multiple times now that he pulls up sees the gate and leaves - does'nt even get out of the van - i wouldnt mind but when you work from home its annoying to then have to go out of your way to have to go and collect it from elsewhere - not that he left the card with details where to collect it. Poor effort

I am highly insulted and offended by the lack of accountability this company offers for any driver, any problem, any package, any person and any medical condition it bungles to solve any situation this company seems to create. I'm sorry but a one star rating is 100% earnt for such a lack of confidence you have installed in me with my condition and necessity for quick resolve with this issue.

I had a large parcel delivered from Qld to Perth, it was delivered to Bibra Lake DC, the delivery centre called me within the hour it was delivered, I then explained to them I lived in Mandurah, so without hesitation they arranged for next day delivery to Mandurah, as soon as it was delivered to Mandurah delivery centre the next day they called me. The service I received from StarTrack was exceptional especially considering it was between Christmas and New Year’s Eve for the delivery. Thankyou StarTrack I would definitely recommend this delivery service anywhere within Australia.

Lazy drivers don’t even try to deliver parcel that has signature just leaves card this is after they send my parcel to another place in country area now I’m told to go collect parcel myself . Why is it every time I have a parcel that requires a signature you never deliver it to me only drop a card but you can put a parcel down knowing I’m home as plenty of noise but you leave a card for the one that requires a signature not smart guys not good business

Apparently my item was taken to the Mandurah depot yesterday. I called yesterday to reschedule delivery and was told it would be delivered today. I called today to make sure it was still coming and was told that they can't actually find my item and that it will be delivered whenever it's found. Glad I didn't drive 30 minutes to Mandurah from home just to be told it's lost, even though the card says it can be picked up one business day after the card is left. **edit: luckily it was delivered today and the driver had the courtesy to call me because I wasn't home.

These guys are an absolute joke. EVERY time I have a parcel come in, they don't give any ETA of delivery so you don't know when to be home and then when you do arrange a redelivery and take the day off work to be home for it, they fail to deliver it. This actually happened to TWO "redelivery" requests in the past week. I then called customer service a third time stating that I need the parcel to be delivered before midday the next day as it's for a client meeting. They promise it, I call the next morning just to be sure it's on the truck and low and behold, it hasn't been scanned to the truck. Each time I call customer service, the standard response is "You can pick it up from the depot if you like". Oh yeah that's great, travel an hour to the airport to pick up the parcel I paid you to deliver to me. What a bloody joke.

Rang customer service as there is a security entrance on the apartment. Customer service advised they would leave card. Of course the driver can' t access the property to leave a card. Anyway it was left at Belmont LPO which means no internet this weekend. Could have been left at deli up the road which is 24 hours and has a post office and is walking distance.
