Worst experience and customer service Iā€™ve ever experienced. Firstly had to drive to Botany to pick up a parcel which is beyond a joke when there are post offices they can use as pick ups. It took so long to find the collection area, terrible signage and no help from StarTrack at all. Upon arrival, I handed over my slip and the guy disappeared for the best part of 20 minutes to go search for my parcel.

They're a terrible delivery service, and this depot is impossible to find. It's in the middle of a combined distribution centre with other freight companies. Google Maps sends you down Folkestine Pde which is incorrect. There is no entrance there. Don't search StarTrack. Search the street address (IA Hale St) and find the entrance on Hale St. None of the signage for the complex has StarTrack listed on it. Follow the one way road that goes to the right and run anticlockwise around the complex. You will eventually see StarTrack trucks parked at an unmarked loading dock. Keep going past that and around the building to the left. You'll be on a covered road that runs between two warehouses. When you come out the other side, the reception office will be on your right. Ignore the sign that says you can't turn right, and take one of the parking spots outside the reception office.

Surprisingly to other reviews I got my Dell monitor delivered to the 1st floor in front of our apartment on 24 April 2023. Delivery driver was an example for all of them. 5 stars from me and my wife that received the monitor on that day.

Would leave zero star if I could. Based on tracking, they attempted to deliver my parcel but cannot access property, which is a total lie. Parcel was then returned to their depot many times for no apparently reason. They probably couldn't deliver on time, or couldn't be bothered and they have now returned to sender. Worst courier company ever. Don't bother buying from any online store that use StarTrack.

Our business sim and phone was supposed to be delivered today. I waited as I got a text to prepare my ID. Startrack came. He refused to give to me my business phone saying my ID is not the company name. He kept saying, the company name should come down. I said I am the director of the company and a company is not a human being. He was adamant that the company should come down to show him a picture ID. I repeated over and over again, the company is not a person. If I could show I am the director will he wait for it. He said yes. I even said I need to print it but the ASIC registration is on my desk. He left without even letting me know he left. He was very very rude. I then email, messaged and called Star Track giving them the tracking etc to ask them to deliver the phone the same day as we need the number. Star track said it is not them but aus post. I said I saw the van and the uniform, it is star track. He also said from star track. I called aus post and they said, it came from star track depot sydney express depot of star track. Aus post tried to help me but they have no access to star track. Star track needs to train their people better. They are hampering businesses from their work. I am fuming.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, worth 0 stars!!!! They dont even try to deliver, will just send you message that they attempted to deliver, unable to gain access. I was desperately waiting for my important parcel and could see the door if someone tries to deliver. No one came and i received a message of attempted delivery which said they left a card with collection detail which was a lie, there was not card. I called their call centre and looked like they are used to of these types of calls and are well aware that delivery person just drop the parcels to local post office and send message to customers of attempted delivery and let customer collect on their own. PATHETIC service.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Spent over 1 hour collectively for phone assistance (I.e. 3 separate calls because the calls kept dropping out mid way). However I have a hunch the 2nd guy literally hung up on me due to being unable to find a sufficient answer to my problem ! So 3rd time I called (after a 20-ish minute standard wait time) and finally got somebody a little more competent (I.e. competent enough to navigate their own CRM/ES system) with a little bit of guidance from my side to FINALLY FIND THE ANSWER I WAS LOOKING FOR. This company really needs to start taking a more critical look at why they are continually receiving 1 star ratings on here!

Awful service, they had one job to do deliver a package on the day they said it would and failed. Waited all day called at 4pm said it would be delivered. Now 10pm absolutely nothing. Fing useless company wasted a whole day at home.

Basically same experience as others complaining. Was told that delivery could not be made even though I was home all day and didn't hear anything. No phone call, message or anything. I never have delivery issues.... only from StarTrack. Delivery is 4 days late and counting. They have no visibility, route of escalation or proper management. I was told 5 different things... all wrong......So they basically cannot help you and are completely useless, abandoning customers. Will never use again. I'm so upset right now over my sensitive package but literally don't have any enerygy left ........if I could rate 0 stars I would. Who knows when or if I'll get my order..........

I have a video of a courier with a parcel in his hand, coming to the door and not even attempting to deliver it by knocking, instead just throwing the collection card on the floor and running away, making customers pick the parcel up from a near by post offices. What do we pay them for??

My worst experience ever. The customer service seems to have no idea about what is going on or how to assist the customer. Rude in general and very complacent. Management is awful. Waiting 10 days + on sensitive belongings with no update and apparantly had been attempted to get delivered twice despite myself being at home both the days, no calls recieved, no slips left.

StarTrack is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered! They left me with a card and asked me to pick up the parcel from their depot, however the card has no phone number and the address is extremely unhelpful! Their depot is located in a massive Goodman industrial area with very little signage to direct you to the right location, I was circulating inside that confusing industrial area with many tons of big trucks around me and everywhere is a one-way driving system, I circulated for half an hour and can not find the depot! Very unpleasant delivery experience! WORST EVER!

Why does this company employ staff that canā€™t read. I can see by other reviews that Iā€™m not the only person having problems with this company. They should read (to the best of their ability) the address, if they canā€™t they should phone. If they canā€™t read they shouldnā€™t have a drivers licence. I am not here for their convenience, I have paid for a service and Iā€™m snd obviously others are also not getting what they pay for. Itā€™s time StarTrack read their reviews and act.

They don't ring the bell or call either..I stayed home all day for a parcel and when I check the online tracking page late afternoon, it says unsuccessful delivery...the delivery folks at this company are running an absolute sham..it's not a courier,rather a depot to depot transport company. which needs you to pick up the parcel from their depot everytime.. clearly the management is not bothered judging by the volume of low ratings here..

A massive thank you to Rob at parcel collection. Went out of his way to find my parcel after the driver made a mistake with the parcel number making the parcel difficult to find. Even stayed late to retrieve the parcel. An absolute gentlemen!
