Disappointing that 0 stars is not an option. If you want something delivered do yourself a favour and don't book it with StarTrack. I had an express parcel on for delivery Tuesday, tracking confirmed "Out for delivery", it never arrived. The following day was "out for delivery" again, found a note to say noone was home and it couldn't be delivered. Mind you, I work from home and have intentionally been home all day waiting on this delivery. The card left in the mailbox said I could collect the parcel... from somewhere hand written that was illegible. When I phoned StarTrack they advised that the card was incorrect and I couldn't collect parcel and that it would be booked for delivery the following day. I waited again, intentionally left the gate open as our driveway is 70 metres, continued to check the tracking until at 5.17pm it says it was unable to be delivered... AGAIN. Despite the gate being open, I was standing outside our house waiting. No card has been left so I don't even know if I can collect it. It is now a Friday, for my urgent delivery sent 7 days ago. I am currently awaiting a call back from a ' Manager' to try and help sort the situation. This is unacceptable and lazy behaviour from the delivery driver. During my phone call two days ago I even recorded a message to give authority to leave the parcel and yet they didn't. What was the point? To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I have now lost 3 days of work waiting for this parcel.
