Disappointing that 0 stars is not an option. If you want something delivered do yourself a favour and don't book it with StarTrack. I had an express parcel on for delivery Tuesday, tracking confirmed "Out for delivery", it never arrived. The following day was "out for delivery" again, found a note to say noone was home and it couldn't be delivered. Mind you, I work from home and have intentionally been home all day waiting on this delivery. The card left in the mailbox said I could collect the parcel... from somewhere hand written that was illegible. When I phoned StarTrack they advised that the card was incorrect and I couldn't collect parcel and that it would be booked for delivery the following day. I waited again, intentionally left the gate open as our driveway is 70 metres, continued to check the tracking until at 5.17pm it says it was unable to be delivered... AGAIN. Despite the gate being open, I was standing outside our house waiting. No card has been left so I don't even know if I can collect it. It is now a Friday, for my urgent delivery sent 7 days ago. I am currently awaiting a call back from a ' Manager' to try and help sort the situation. This is unacceptable and lazy behaviour from the delivery driver. During my phone call two days ago I even recorded a message to give authority to leave the parcel and yet they didn't. What was the point? To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I have now lost 3 days of work waiting for this parcel.

Delivery person called the intercom and walked away immediately. I know this because I answered the intercom call within a few seconds and saw him walking away. I went down to get the package as he was putting it back into the van. I called him out on the "attempted delivery" which he took exception to and then refused to give me my parcel and drove away!

You sent me a- THERE'S NO SUCH ADDRESS message from a McDonald's or KFC nearby, I recon - while finishing up the burger and coke? Today's Friday and you are all done for today! I don't want you to re-deliver on Monday, because YOU will find another reason not to do your job properly. What a negative experience. Dear StarTrack management, please do not join or share the attitude of your van driving-slackers. I've filed the complaint on 13 23 45. Please give me a call as I need to understand how the huge multi-storeyed building address in the centre of the city may not exist. Cheers

Was not home when delivery was made, they left with the foods and never left a delivery card in mail box or at the front door to let us know that they attempted the delivery, if it was not for us contacting the sender to see if it was on it way that we where told that they had tried but no one was home.

It's very easy to ring the bell or hit the door as much as you can. We keep the doors closed because inside air-conditioned. Why do you think we are not at home and left the paper suddenly. Completely unreliable and should be avoided at any cost. Driver just pulled up in driveway and put calling card in letterbox without waiting for me to get out to front gate of my acreage property. Staff at call center no help whatsoever. Sack your lazy drivers startrack and lift your game.

Worst experience ever with a delivery man. The delivery man knocked the front door and I ran to the door and opened. Maybe I was a bit late. The delivery man was already in his truck and drove backward on my driveway. I am 100% sure he saw me but he kept driving back and just ran away!!! Plus, he even didn't left a missed delivery card in my mailbox lol. I will definitely mention this issue to the sender so they don't use this company anymore.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service, my parcel got delivered to the wrong address and when I contacted startrack they did nothing about it, I got onto the company who I bought the parcel from and they raised a case with startrack and they claimed they delivered the parcel to the right address and it never happen, I will never ever use startrack again and never ever recommend them to anyone, absolutely pathetic.

If only I could give zero! often late, tracking says delivered when it has not. No out of hours support and automated tracking service by phone cant find info. Use only if no other option. I have waited up to 6 days for Brisbane city to northern suburbs! A camel could do it in 2! I have fed back to suppliers that I don't want Star Track if any other option available.

I ordered six loaves of specialised bread from a company 40 minutes away. It took 6 weeks and 3 days to be delivered by Startrack. It went to several locations before getting to me. I refused delivery but it was dumped at my door. Though clearly labeled with a large perishables sticker they think this is acceptable! One damaged, stinking box of mouldy bread @$69.00. Fortunately the company gave me a full refund.

On the 24th of June I requested a pick up for this parcel to go to Service Express in Richmond VIC. This parcel was returned to my home address on the 25th of June. On the 25th of June I called to advise and still have not had a call back regarding this. I have called on three occasions now and are getting the constant run around. To this time not one person from this company has called me. The service is absolutely appalling and I cannot believe they remain in business.

Hi I am writing this due to the poor service that I have been provided by Star Track. Firstly, as per the instruction provided on my delivery package was " Authority to leave " but the driver just left me a missed card inside my mailbox . Secondly , the missed card that the driver left in my mailbox had an incorrect consignment number written on it due to which I had to follow up with Star track and they were unable to locate my package. I am really unhappy with the service and providing a wrong consignment number on the missed card was just an icing on the cake. I really hope that this matter will be taken seriously and proper actions will be taken regarding this matter.

On 30.08.17 I received a text saying my parcel would be delivered by close of business. The tracking showed the parcel to be in Brisbane - and getting delivered to Brisbane. Parcel not delivered. On 31.08.17 I check the tracking, it now shows the parcel to be on the Gold Coast. I ring to enquire and explain exactly as above. The lady on the phone then tells me my parcel was in Brisbane yesterday, is not sure why it is delivered or why it is now on the Gold Coast (the exact information I opened the call with). She then says it will be delivered tomorrow. No explanation or apology. I explain it is an urgent package and ask if it can be delivered instead to work (anticipating them not leaving it at my home address as requested) and she says no, any redirection is 24 to 48 hours to process. Pretty poor considering this is Star Tracks mistake. Very unhappy.

Super lazy and unreliable courier. For pickup service, they ask you to wait at home from 9 AM - 5 PM. They just give you a phone call right when they arrive. If you don't show up within 1 min, they leave .

I find out 5 months later, and now the supplier doesn't have the product anymore so I have to settle for an inferior product. As a small business operator, that has consequences. So thanks for not a damned thing, Startrack.

I lost my parcel as they left a signature required parcel outside the door of my apartment without my permission, nor did they inform me before or after the delivery. The delivery man also lied about calling me as I have no phone call received in my cell phone. The company refused to take any responsibility of that. What a shame!

It's SATURDAY couriers do not operate on weekends! I received a text message advising me that my parcel had been delivered but because the premises we're unattended they left the parcel instructed (I never instructed anyone to leave the parcel anywayđŸ€”). I received three messages to inform me that I would be receiving my package on the day and cancelled commitments to make sure I would be home for the delivery. The driver did not even come before marking it as undelivered and left no card for a missed delivery. I contacted the warehouse 5 minutes after the said unsuccessful delivery and was told the driver would be re delivering the package before the end of the day. I waited from 10am-7pm because the tracker said that it was still being delivered yet at 7pm the tracker updated it to say that the package had been scanned into the warehouse just before 5pm (5 mins after I was told it would be re delivered.) I am beyond upset as now it’s saturday and there is not a single way to contact the company.

Important box arrived at Star-track Brisbane early on wednesday 20/9/17. Then is put on a truck for delivery to victoria point same day. Doesn't arrive. Next day i call and they say it will be given priority when it goes out today (thursday). By 330 i call again and they say it will be delivered as promised . Call at 525 and am told its too late and they will send tomorrow. Tracking shows its returned to depot because the receiver was closed, this is our residence so clearly the driver lies to his management. Call at 830am friday and request a time for delivery. They say 9-5. Email them repeatedly, get fobbed off. Call at 440 and am told its too late to contact the driver. Not delivered. This box has been in Brisbane 3 days and they can't deliver. Will have to go to Darra and collect. STAR-TRACK ARE COMPLETE FAILURES.
