I live in an apartment complex. Had no options to provide delivery instructions so figured the postie would call me when they attempted to deliver. Instead I got a text that it could not be delivered (29min after the failed delivery) and they’d ‘try again’ Called up to work out what this meant, the automated response said it’s still on the truck and will be delivered again by 5. Stayed on the line, spoke to customer service who told me it is in fact at the post office now (it wasn’t) far out man, guess I’ve gotta camp on the roadside next time until it arrives

Very bad at scanning freights, spoke to five ppl at start track help centre and every single one of them has a different story intel I got a useful operator who arranged and assigned a person for a physical search and locate my item. I really have no idea why they have tracking and due date for delivery when they are most of the time wrong. If you use star track express for your business then expect to lose customers and you wouldn’t even know why you lost them. As for me will check next time what freight transport company the seller using before I make a purchase. It’s funny how Australia Post Own stat track and Australia Post are way better.

I am super exhausted as a receiver of my e-scooter. I have torn ligaments on my knee and need to do some physical therapy sections. Also not convenient to travel to Dara to pick up my parcel. Canceled the last 3 day appointments just to stay home waiting to receive my parcel just only to be announced that I was not home so they brought mine back to Dara and made me to come and collect. Which was ridiculous and confusing since was home whole day. Then I called and was promised that they would resend it to me the next day, still nothing and they re arrange next week. Basically I wasted days for nothing. This is too inconvenient and frustrating, horrible experience and I felt disrespected going through all of this.

Delivery doesn't mean delivering to the post office next to your depot in Darra, forcing people to drive from all over Brisbane to collect their parcel (which wasn't even there!). Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Horrible service. I’ve waited 2 weeks for my items from work. They sent it straight to Durra (I live 45 mins away) Customer service were unhelpful so I googled the re delivery option online. I SPECIFIED that I give authority to leave at the house. I come home to a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card on my door. I pick my 6 huge boxes up from the post office in peak hour.

As a Linehaul driver who deals with these guys weekly, they are the most organised bunch by far. Their yardies are exceptional and security and front gate staff are efficient and friendly. Great place.

Star track. Has demonstrated rephensible service and multiple failures. Won't even put things in clear writing when you finally get someone on the phone "because they are not aloud to" even though online tracking is just as needed up as the rest of the service.

Rarely have Star Track delivery drivers been able to find my unit, despite providing them with clear and specific instructions which are printed on the parcel. A ten year old could follow those instructions. Last two deliveries were found on steps to a neighbouring unit left out in the open and then in another neighbouring unit that had specific unit numbering on the front gate. Phoned Star Track to complain, and yet to have a resolution. Pay $6 per parcel for this rubbish. Coles delivery drivers never fail to find my place, but not Star Track. We were at home all day yesterday, the item we ordered we’re supposed to be delivered by yesterday. It said we refused the delivery and the item is sitting at the depot until I called Nobody refused the item i have no idea 🤷🏼‍♀️ also they don’t even send it out again on the next day and I had to organised again. It’sok to called you but sounds like you won’t do anything until I call you. I was very disappointed

Ordered express shipment on Wednesday, ETA Friday, sits in wherever since 6am scan. Doesn't arrive all day. At 4:36pm a tracking update occurs for 5:08pm?? "Leave in a safe place requested" absolutely no such thing was requested. Next minute its arrived back at Darra?? Mind blowing.

Absolutely the worst courier service Thedriver will not put my parcel in letter box or if larger over the secure fence 3 out of 4 deliveries this week I have had to walk to the post office line up and carry heavy parcel today The driver does not ring the bell prefers to leave a card I am not well having suffered a stroke we have had issues with the driver previously so this is his payback Does not deserve a job tge lazy man

This crowd are emblematic of the issues with Australia Post, the owners (along with that other rubbish delivery service...QANTAS) of this third rate parcel delivery service. Tracking...why have this portal if none of the information is current or accurate? Response from there CSR, "delivery dates/times are indicative not actual delivery times"...Takes 24 hrs to get from Sydney to Darra, then 72+ hrs to get from Darra...45minute drive to Brisbane CBD...I am guessing here as I haven't actually received the items yet...so it could be more indicative rather than accurate. Original emailed delivery date/time 02/09/22 before 5.00pm...not so much...There is no excuse for the portal information to be inaccurate or just plain wrong. Better to have the visibility of what is actually going on so commitments made on the rubbish advice of this clown show can be varied based on the facts, you know, so..."no it is not going to be delivered today, plan for next week". Australia...home of the third rate...aiming higher...for mediocrity...

Would give a zero but not able to. A package the clear as rain said 66 was delivered to 60. This appears to happen way too often. Im not sure if the drivers just don't know how to read or just dont care.

I have found that Star Track has always been of great service!! I have used them for over 20years and No problems! Easy for people to comment negatively when they had only used them a couple of times and probably only during peak times, over COVID they have been exceptional and so before you zero in on them just remember without these services you would be doing your own run around! They are human beings too not Robots. If your not happy with the service go elsewhere. Thank you Star Track!!!👌🏼🙌🏼

Dear Star Track drivers, Why all of yours have to be lazy ? It's not first and I am pretty sure it won't be the last. I have left a big note Infront of my door. It's very easy to ring the bell or hit the door as much as you can. We keep the doors closed because inside air-conditioned. Why do you think we are not at home and left the paper suddenly. Just read the note and knock the door. It's that easy. No Given Star for Star Track if possible !..

Horrible! Paid for express service and they get it to the local outlet over night so that was great. But then they leave it sitting there for days on end and not getting it out for delivery. This company is a waste of time and money and dont care about the customer. Absolutely disgusting company that even refuse to part refund costs to bring it down to normal post rates over the express service not provided.

Don't like to do this, but they have had a gift hamper for one of my customers at their depot for 4 days now. I have called every day and nothing, no return call as promised & not sent out as promised. Honestly, it is NOT good service at all and really disappointing to spend money on a gift that your customer has not received.
