I didn't get notified at all about a delivery and they tried multiple times then it took me a week of calling startrack to finally confirm I could pick it up from their distribution centre. Really hard to understand why such a basic thing as a delivery could be so hard and take up so much of mine and multiple peoples time to track down.

Horrible, horrible service and I suggest you avoid at all costs.
The company will not provide you with a delivery timeframe outside of an 8 hour window and they will not guarantee that the driver will call you on arrival.
The customer service team is beyond poor and provide no assistance at all.
After wasting an entire day waiting for the trucks arrival, they cancelled at 5pm and tried to re-arrange for the next day. This would mean sitting at home again for another 8 hours looking out the window waiting for a truck that may or may not come.
Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs - I'll never, ever use them again.

I had a very horrible experience with this business. I had placed an order from Myer which was supposed to get delivered through startrack. After not receiving the parcel for a lot of time I checked the status which said Delivered. Apparently the delivery person had signed it in my name and claimed that it was dropped in the mailbox. I did not even receive an email that the package was delivered. The parcel is missing and I still haven't received it and very conveniently Startrack dropped all the responsibilities! Using someone else's signature/signing in someone else's name is a fraud. I would have negatively rated this company. Unfortunately that's not an option!

24/04/2023: The mail man delivering in 2150 needs a serious customer service check! Other mail companies are patient and kind. How ever, this person called four times to my apartment when the first time I had already told him Iâll be heading down. He said âitâs been two minutes and I have other places to be! Iâm not waiting!â
To think a mail man canât wait 5 minutes for person to come down from a high level apartment is pathetic. His job is to deliver packages Iâd like to think patience is a standard trait for this industryâŚ. Or at least some respect. Terrible experience!

I used to think that Startrack was up with the worst couriers in Sydney, but after my last two packages from Mecca were delivered with care and courtesy, I had to leave a positive review.
I don't know what they're doing to improve their customer service, but it's working and I only hope that this positive feedback will continue to encourage the staff to keep it up. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed! đ

After 6 calls being told different stories about where my parcel was which was temperature sensitive urgent medical supplies, a complete lack of regard for the customer and service that they being paid to deliver when âpremiumâ was what was paid yet I had to travel needlessly to two different post offices then wait in excess of 1.5 hours at the depot to get my parcel with the supplies having spoiled.

Sent two boxes, paid the extra $100 for insurance.
StarTrack smashed the well packaged monitor.
They take no responsibility and said insurance does not cover them damaging your stuff only if they loose it.
In Summary, we paid StarTrack Delivery and Insurance to smash our stuff and we get to buy it again and send it by someone else.

To leave a âsorry we missed youâcard when clearly my son was present is it not proof record of such company enabling its employees to misconduct in duty of care to operate so dishonestly upon which not only are they liable at the full extent of the law also causing such distress and chaos when considering that they are being paid in full to deliver great customer care and service and instead much prefer to insult the customer and prove otherwise, for to leave a card for not being home when right there in broad daylight when we were home and the ordacity to then showcase themselves with a
âsorry we missed youâcard when clearly the only thing that the Star Track Courier employee should be sorry for was definitely not the order of the day that not having the patience to wait for my son to return with the particulars, that had the courier had the courtesy to wait one minute further that when I came downstairs perplexed to see the âsorry we missed youâ card and that the tracking details were for myself and not my son!
Star Track Courier would do well to consider updating their credentials to
âChaotic Courier Serviceâ as this would be more appropriate to describe what experience we have been on the receiving end today for the courier to have gone to such lengths to disturb the peace given that the delivery was out of normal business hours for the courier to also have had no regard nor common sense to apply patience let alone anything else to the point that I have required to write a review about it says it all, which includes a breach of our Privacy under the 1988 Privacy Act of Australia.
