Extremely unhelpful when making enquiries over the phone. They deliberately give vague responses and refuse to directly answer any questions. A delivery company is expected to deliver. Startrack doesn't.

The tracking device from 9.15am today stated that my package was onboard for delivery today. All day this was the case. My whole day was put aside for the arrival of delivery. The Startrack warehouse in Shepparton is 1 km from where I am staying. At 5.30pm when the delivery had still not happened I phoned Startrack and was told the driver had run out of time today! Customer service is not a priority in privatised Australia Post! I’m a kilometre away and still the delivery could not happen within the 8 hour working day. APPALLING!!!

Star track is the worst. I waited 3 weeks for important documents which I had paid extra for express post and was told it would arrive within 1-3days. On the parcel in large letters it said do not fold and yet it was folded in half and stuffed into letter box

This freight company are just as unreliable as the parent company, Australia Post. The online tracking system is completely inaccurate, for example, my consignment is 'On board for delivery' and has been for the last 8 days. What a joke. Customer service appears to not be able to contact their depots, because what they tell their customers and what actually takes place are completely different. Be warned, if you have an important consignment DO NOT trust Startrack. P.S. I would not have awarded even one star, but I was unable to post my review with any less

Boldly going where no delivery company has gone before. That is a delivery company that doesn't actually deliver. Terrible service. Doesn't work. No focus on the customer. Don't use them if you can avoid it.

Do not use Star Track Express. We have waited 7 days for a delivery to be advised that they will not open a gate and list the delivery as not accessible. A farm gate on a farm keeping stock in - so basically they do not want to do rural deliveries. Absolutely useless or lazy.

Absolutely pathetic, meant to deliver a package at the start of august for my 3 year old daughters birthday (8th september) now its the 7th of september and i still dont have my daughters birthday present. Call them and spend hours on the phone being abused to be told its in a shipping container in melbourne and wont have it til next week at the earliest and its not their issue. Cheers to StarTrack for ruining my daughter birthday. I will make sure i do everything in my power to make sure that no one uses your pathetic service. I will go out of my way to make sure that i never send or recieve products that are delivered by StarTrack.

How dare your driver sign my name to a parcel because i wasn't home to receive it, then leaving it on my door step all because he couldn't be bothered doing what he is suppose to do and take it to the post office for me to sign....A disgrace....

The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced! I was told that my parcel (which costs over 2.3 k) was delivered to my home address and was signed off when nothing was delivered nor signed off. Customer service was terrible and useless and kept saying it was delivered to my home. I was freaking out for days until I found out on my own that my parcel was in a post office out of town. If I could give 0 starts I would.

The most terrible service I've yet to come across. Drivers don't do as instructed, in fact they do the complete opesit. Including loosing package due to the negligent to follow orders. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a company that delivers packages. Never again, will I and my companies use start track.

This company never knocks on the door of the recipient - I have phoned multiple times to complain with no change. I’ve watched them from inside leave the package without even checking if we are home. Leaving it in places that are not hidden from passers by is definitely not securely left at the premises.

Please up date your address on web site.....had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to get directions to find out web site had wrong address. Drove around for 10 minutes up and down Drummond road to then had to ring to get directions.
