Startrack, are rude, the hang up, are not on time, tracking details are wrong, promised delivey is a joke. In summary, my dog could do a better job. Hopeless.

Disappointed. My order was supposed to arrive at the start of the week. The status of my delivery has not been updated in four days when the depot is only 1 hour from my address. I have called twice for a reason and an estimation on when itâs arriving but they refuse to tell me whatâs going on. They also refuse me to drive to the depot to pick it up. When I called the person they then continued to ask what was in the package, this does not seem right to me. After reading the reviews Iâm a bit suspicious that someone has helped themselves to my package. Iâm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but everything so far does not seem right. As the package I have ordered was expensive and have to be home to sign for it.

We waited at home all day Friday.We organised to loan a friends small truck to take the delivery 1 1/2 hours north to our farm on the weekend. We didnât hear the doorbell. A simple phone call would have saved an enormous amount of effort taking two cars and two trips to the farm. Their answer was thatâs not our procedure. Donât use this company is my suggestion - no help, they make you feel like your a problem. Lazy Lazy business.

My Package seems to be missing, no one can tell me where it is .According to their tracking system they said they attempted delivery, which is simply untrue , as a search on their website confirms there was no attempted delivery . I will never again pay for an " express delivery " or use star tracks " services" ever again . This happens every single time .

If I could give less than one star I would. Iv never had a good experience with this company. Very unorganised and very rude. They have no idea what they are doing with the parcels. No help at all. Very frustrated.
