What an absolute joke of a company! Rang them to find out why the driver drover past my house (I have it on video as the place is under surveillance 24/7). They said to call the company I ordered from, the company has stated if the address is on the package it should be delivered to the door and not the post office. No consignment card left and I can't collect my package without it. A few years ago they delivered to the door, now it would seem the drivers are too lazy to do their job properly and the staff at the call centre are useless aswell.

Had a delivery lined up that clearly stated signature was required on delivery because it contained live animals. Package was left outside without the driver even knocking so I'm just lucky everything was still alive and I checked the door regularly

Appalling service. Apparently they couldn't gain access which is completely false. I dont even have fences or gates. They didnt call before delivering it either as they were meant to. And I am just meant to accept it as apparently they will definitely not redeliver something they did not actually try and deliver in the first place.

Had my van parked out the front of Torquay delivery centre, and one of star tracks incompetent drivers reversed into my van and drove away. This was witnessed by a member of the public although, no rego was taken.. star track didnāt even try to locate the the driver and were no help at all. FYI - the van I own is used to transport kids with disability to and from therapeutic programs, I really hope karma is real!

Horrendous service from startrack who destroyed our package that looks to have been driven over given the level of damage, then re-boxed all our broken stock into a new box to make it look undamaged (a box that wouldn't even fit the goods if the goods weren't broken into smaller pieces!), then delivered it as normal. they even cut the connote off the original box and sticky taped it onto the new one as if no one would notice. This deliberate deceit from startrack is an act of fraud as far as I'm concerned. I've made 4 phone calls, each time I was told I would be contacted ASAP by a representative. I've also emailed photographic evidence to them with no response other than an automated generic reply. Given the level of severity of what I've alleged to them I'm absolutely gobsmacked that they haven't made any attempt to resolve this at all.

$20 bucks says they couldn't deliver a parcel to their own delivery centre. Is the test for hiring drivers getting lost in a milkbar with a map, you get lost, you get the job. That's not even the worst part, nothing is ever their fault. Accountability and process improvement are apparently beyond their remit.

StarTrack delivered a 40kg 65" TV... to the local post office, where had to then organise delivery again as StarTrack refused to re-attempt delivery to the correct address. StarTrack advised they would redeliver, then 2 hours later advised they would not touch the TV and I would have to organise myself

After two Startrac deliveries in as many weeks I felt compelled to add this review as during both visits all the staff encountered could not have done more to help me.Ā On both delivery days a card was left in the morning saying pick up the next day, but on going to the Corio depot on the way home from work on the same day the deliveries were already available for collection.Ā The staff member who welcomed me in reception was friendly, smiley and happy to help, with the staff member in the warehouse friendly, happy, efficient, even offering to come out and carry the bulky and heavy item to my car!Ā Startrac Corio 5 star service experience!

Alerted to his present my the dog so tried to wave him down when he drove back down by dead-end very quiet street; he looked the other way. My first 1 star review. It's 2021... You can't expect people to wait for a package 9am - 5pm. My phone number was left and no contact. Most delivery companies contact where they are going. Very bad communication. Now must drive 45 mins to collect a package that delivery has already been paid for. If you read this I highly recommend not to use, waste of time for clients and personal.

Given specific instructions to only come after 3:45 as I'm not home before then and for 2 days they came 3 hours early. Luckily today my mum was home to give them the package but they knocked on my door very loudly, and while my mum was going to get the package for them, they screamed into the house saying Hey lady and woke up my sleeping 1 year old nephew. Never want to deal with this company ever again

Tracking stated "Delivered In Full" Later received a message saying it's been missed & delivered to a local Aus post. I was home all day & up early, nobody knocked on my door. No pick up ticket was left. Went to pick up with ID alone and they were unable to find it. NEVER using star track again even if it's the only option available, not the first time I've had similar issues with star track.

We as an organisation have been wiling to bare some of the failings of Startrack through what has been a trying time. We will bare them no more, the total and complete lack of accountability, passing the buck and unwillingness to help customers when they need it cannot be ignored any more. Failure after failure after failure to communicate, focus on language and syntax rather than help resolve a problem, absolutely zero empathy and a total unwillingness to even perform their job to a minimum standard has led us, after 8 months to seriously consider terminating our agreement. MSTO: woeful software that either hangs, is broken when you need it, overloaded, buggy, laggy and just generally awful. TMA Group: need fulfillment services from startrack? Need Satchels, boxes? Hmm... anything that you might need to actually you know, send a parcel. No sorry, again no accountability or care here, the staff are downright terrible and hopeless on the phone and via email. Accounts: takes them 5 days to get back to you with problems that need solving right now and never answer their phone. Account Manager: yeah right, never any help, always passing the buck, never takes ownership over problems and is for all intents and purposes a totally useless person. Customer service team: customer what? more interested in arguing the point than helping fix the problem. Dispatch: will not under any circumstances actually help you. Powering E Commerce indeed. More like failing e-commerce

Absolutely useless service. The package had clear instructions on who will take delivery, but the driver still refused and dumped it at the post office. Now we have make time out of our day to go pick up the package. Maybe employ some educated drivers that can read instructions.

Driver came to drop parcel nobody home, left "Sorry we missed you" card saying parcel could be picked up at Post Office. Went to Post Office no Parcel. Contacted Customer Service was told parcel could not be taken to Post Office as not enough postage/fee paid & that driver had taken parcel back to Depot, i arranged with Customer Service to redeliver next day before Noon. Parcel did not arrive, rang Customer Service again......... now being told it was delivered to Post Office day before. What a bunch of disorganised rabble do we have to deal with absolutely hopeless, how hard is it for them to track a parcel on there own system.

Saw Star Track van pull up so went to front door. Was just inside when driver walked past my car, rapped once on the door, put down parcel and fled. I went out, picked it up and waved thanks to his back. He ignored me. Got inside and could see why. Delivery instructions were to get a signature unless nobody home. I will be advising the seller to stop using this company.

I have checked your website yesterday which stated that my item was on the truck for delivery yesterday from your Geelong branch. I waited until 8.30pm and it had still not arrived. I missed out on a meeting because of waiting for something that didn't arrive when it was on the truck at 7.11am. I checked your website today and found out it was again on the truck for delivery from Geelong at 7.00am. Again I'm waiting and it's now 7.15pm. No sign of my package, no card left, no anything. And again I've stayed in when I should be out. A sick system that I would not recommend to anyone wishing to get speedy, responsible service. I'm disgusted that there is no way for your office to contact the driver to find out what is going on. Over the past two days, I've contacted your 13245 number on 5 occasions and spoken to your employees. None could give me any information as to what was going on and when the delivery would arrive.

Driver smashed his fist on the wire door, dumped my package on the front door step and ran back to his car, all before I could get to the door. I clearly have a doorbell, and I donāt appreciate my packages being left on my front doorstep to be stolen when Iām clearly home to answer my door. Pathetic service.

Terrrible service! Parcel was meant to come yesterday, they ended up texting me at 8:40pm saying that my parcel will arrive at end of business today, which is obviously not possible. Next day i get a text and email saying it will be delivered today, i waited all day and called them at 4:30 and apparently the incapable driver forgot my parcel at the depot. The people on the phone were unhelpful and I did not receive and email back like they said they would. I would not recommend using this terrible service. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

Online form for redelivery was faulty, wouldn't let me set a date. Lost all my information. Phone call to organise redelivery wouldn't allow me to set a date. Missed delivery card form did not clearly explain we couldn't collect item at depot without booking a time. Takes too long to organise pickup (they need a whole business day for item already there?) Spent well over thirty minutes sorting all this out. When Auspost misses a delivery, they just take it back to their store and you cam pick it up later. SOO much simpler, these guys need to learn from them.

Never recommend star track again. Not just once ,but several occasions star track proved that they couldnt keep up the basics of logistics. Express delivery and normal delivery takes same time but price differs,well hold on!! Did i say delivery time well in my case last consignment is still at melbourne delivery depot and that was last year's xmas gift . hopefully i could use it for next xmas..fingers crossed.

No matter what supplier I purchase products through any of them that use star track I can guarantee that the package will not be delivered anywhere near close to the time you want it. Oh and don't even bother purchasing an overnight parcel if you want it next day AS IT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM!!!!!!! AGAIN AND AGAIN WE PAY FOR OVERNIGHT BUT IT COMES STILL SAME TIME AS IF I PAID FOR REGULAR OR NOT EVEN ARRIVE FOR A WEEK. Track and trace....pfft. It just keeps getting scanned in and out of trucks until they feel they want to deliver it that day. Pick up your game guys. I can see now why Startrack don't promote any feedback to be left on their Google plus page. 1 Star - hated it is an understatement to the frustration that you guys cause regularly. my comments to investigators fall on deaf ears so hopefully you guys get this feedback.

Like others I was home at time of drop off but only realised that they had been and gone when I looked in the letter box and found a card to say "sorry we missed you". Had to travel from one side of Geelong to the other to pick the package up. Maybe we should charge them for pickup, our time and wear and tear on our vehicle. Will be telling our supplier to change delivery companies.
