Delivered my 2nd parcel to my door and left it there even tho is wasn't supposed to be ledt on premises, didn't know also that they recommend you pick up your your parcel the day after they try to deliver as was the case with my first parcel.

Received an email notifying me a priority parcel was on board for delivery. Phoned late in the day and was told it was running late but would be delivered today. Phoned again and was told it was not coming to day and to expect it within one week.

Worst delivery service , they deliver to wrong address and lie about it , but admitted in an Email. No responsibility taken and no compensation . Discusting delivery business, will refuse any items that are meant to be delivered by StarTrack.. You need to be sued and exposed for your lies and inanity to deliver . Didn't even knock and someone was home. Took two of them to come to the door, not knock and leave a calling card. Isn't it a courier's job to do all they can to ensure package is delivered?

Praise to the team in both Albury and Sydney, Ordered a product from Telstra on Saturday and was delivered on Monday evening. Delivery driver was great thankyou team.

Received a “Sorry we missed you” card however I’ve been home all day. Goes to show that whoever the employee was is lazy and Didn’t knock. It’s not that hard to do your job. Seriously I’m surprised your company actually got the job to deliver my package considering Australia Post had always delivered my packages from the supplier, sad looks like I’ll have to let the supplier know to go back with Australia Post at least they have customer satisfaction.

Been sweating on a parcel to be delivered ! was sent express so i could get it on time , now saying it has been delivered and signed for, no package and they are investigating will take up to 24 hours to investigate how can they run a service like this, very poor.

Their tracker is completely pointless. You wait around for a delivery that is expected that day and it doesn't come. Time after time. Improve your communication with customers please.

Worst Delivery Service ever because they cant deliver anything . They dont bother and send it back to sender . No communication and full of lies lies lies and more lies . Absolutely hopeless . Had a $2000 iPhone left on the ground at front gate of Rural property in Sun (no one was home).. When I rang Telstra was told it was signed for by. DDD (Forged signature) Driver was too lazy to take back to depot. Now its our problem with Telstra as phone was delivered to house and signed for! Not happy
