This is not the first 1-star review I have given this company! Waiting for a mobile phone to be delivered. Noticed I hadn't had any notifications so went to track it down. They tried to deliver 2 business days ago and wrote the address as incorrect. Called and my address was correct, and now it's in the air because of their incompetent drivers! This has happened in the past at a different address. I wish companies would stop using this platform! I avoid any business that uses this courier because of the continuous incompetency.

Weak! Paid for express shipping only to have to pick it up from the depot because the driver didn't knock or ring door bell (I was sitting near the front door so I know they didn't try). Could've opted to have it redelivered, but they'd probably just card me again. I'll choose any other delivery method next time.

Delivered a package that was a gift for my wife to the wrong address. When I called to question it they couldn't give me a reason why it had been dropped there and they refused to go back and collect it. Basically told me tough luck. I raised a complaint and they never bothered to follow up or call back. What a joke.

Not even worth a single star! Not delivered on prearrange date by Startrack, then sent back to Sydney after taking time off from work which cost me a day's pay. Two cards placed in letter box with two different locations. Drove two days later to Cranbourne location as per card details and was advised this package is not there. Asked for refund from seller.

These people take 0 responsibility or care. Do not trust the drivers. They're unskilled, very little English and do not care about anything you give them. I moved from 10 pallets a day with them to others. Do not use. They have caused me thousands in damages.

Delivery driver marked property as unable to access, we have no front gate and everything clear and accessible for my disabled mother who the package you decided to skip delivering all together as there was no "we missed you card" left. Now sitting around waiting for a phone call to pick up something myself the lazy driver didnt bother to deliver. Unacceptable, unprofessional and I will avoid using startrack at all costs going into the future.

I have never received my package and they couldn't even tracked where it is located (unbelievable!) Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered from a website that uses StarTrack as their courier. When I looked at the picture taken by the driver through the Auspost app, I saw that The courier driver delivered my package to a completely different house, on a different street, but same suburb, the only similarity was the unit number. I phoned the customer service line, first agent hung up on me, second agent kept loudly sighing at me. This company is a joke.

If this had 0 stars that's what they would get would highly advise avoiding at all cost it's daylight robbery filling greedy CEO's pockets paying for a service never received if they hadn't wasted enough of my time then made it difficult to pick up item from Depo could have been avoided if courier actually got out of his car and knocked on my door I was home all day clearly car was in the driveway if you can find alternative way would definitely suggest doing so

Defeats the purpose of getting something delivered if they're just going to leave a note at your door and get you to drive 25 mins and several suburbs over to pick it up. Most frustrating thing is that I was home when they "attempted" delivery.

People are at home, and nobody ring, just left card in mail box. the hand writing is really hard to read. I tired 5 times to input my tracking numbers are all wrong. then I find out correct number from online, and then request to pick up by myself. very bad delivery service, very, very, very ........ bad.
