He helped bring the the packages inside as I was home alone and wouldn’t have been able to get them inside on my own.Only downside was I was not notified that my delivery was on its way . If I was notified I would have arranged someone to help. Thank goodness for the delivery driver. Hence the 4 star review

We regularly buy from retailers who use Aramex, and have never had a problem. In fact, the driver my partner sees is a great guy, always friendly. Recently, I accidentally gave a wrong delivery address. The depots at both ends responded to my emails positively, and I was able to message the driver directly, so I got my parcel no problems, Thanks Aramex - 5 Stars !!!

I just had a parcel delivered. I have a camera and I watched him, walk on my small garden bed and place it at my front door. He couldn’t walk up the stairs and place it and push the door bell. Yet he stands on my garden, and reaches through the railing to place it at my front door. Just pure Lazy!!! If I could give 0 starts I would. I've been waiting so long for my delivery. They came one day, without notifying me that the delivery will arrive at all, my husband was home but they didn't even knock, left a call card and left! I've tried to book a redelivery but they wouldn't tell me that it's been accepted, so I contacted them (to which they replied 6 hours later) and they spoke very rudely and said it takes them time. So I asked to book a pick up instead of the delivery, and they said they did, but the next day a delivery was shipped AGAIN, without telling me in advance. So I am basically an hour drive away and will definitely not make it in time to pick it up from them. I can't contact the courier or them fast enough to get help in the situation and I am scared they'd just send it back after all this time because they pass information between them slowly. I never had such a bad experience with a delivery service in my life. It's so frustrating because this is supposed to be a birthday gift for a birthday that was 12 days ago. Why can't they notify me a day before that they will be arriving so I'll make sure to be home? It's so basic, every delivery does that. They really expect me to sit at home and wait without even knowing there is even a parcel on it's way to me? Do they think I don't have a life?

I have no idea where on earth this doorstep is. Aramex dropped my $300 package to a mystery location and sent me the photo. Oh great! I love playing hide and seek with the only thing that brings me joy in this dark world. Maybe if the dude’s skinny jeans weren’t cutting off the circulation to his head he’d be able to read addresses. Just 2! One on the package and one on the house. Are they different?? Try again! Now don’t get me wrong, the person who did receive the package could have contacted me so they are obviously a C as well but not on the level of Aramex who just say “contact your place of purchase for any replacement or reimbursement”. *slow claps* Nice one guys! I have never written a negative review, but I honestly felt like Aramex have left me no choice in this case. Like many other reviewers, I was home awaiting my delivery only to be notified by email that "I was missed" and a calling card was left (there was no calling card). No one had bothered to ring the doorbell and as such, the item was returned to the depot - delivery the following day apparently wasn't even possible. Despite not having received a calling card, I followed the instructions on the email to complete online form for re-delivery. When I checked the tracking status the next day (today), it says that they are still waiting on the recipient to provide the information (which I did the day before). When I attempted to complete the form again (in case it didn't go through properly), the website informed me that I couldn't submit it again as it was already submitted. So they can't see my response, but also won't let me submit another as I have already provided a response? Which is it? The item I purchased was for Mother's Day and I was initially advised I would definitely receive it before then. After waiting hours for customer service, I was told that the earliest delivery was Monday (day after Mother's Day), or I could choose to TRY to pick it up from their depot in Port Melbourne the next day. When I asked for a contact number at the depot to check whether my item would be available for collection, I was told there was no number and my ticket was "resolved". Given the level of service so far, I am doubtful my item will be available for collection and do not want to waste my time going to the depot to try my luck. I would avoid this courier at all costs

Never seen such a bad delivery company! I want to know how they mistakenly thought that the street name and Suburb were different because they were delivered to a completely different address! ! Driver training is also necessary, but customer service is too bad and I can't get through on the phone. The official phone number is said to be incorrect, and the other lines are empty, just an announcement to call back later. . Email response is also very slow. . I'm using this place for delivery I decided never to shop from there.

Went there to the depot to pick up my parcel after 4 weeks, was the easiest thing to do, same story, the invisible card was left multiple times, no calls from driver, sent parcel to milk bar, no notifications, went to pick up, driver took back parcel to depot after 7 days, I didn't even know they had a policy, at the depot, rang the bell 3 times, guy on laptop, listening to music, obviously wasn't working much didn't bother to make eye contact or call someone to help, I don't know if it is a complaint or a statement as nothing will be done but will notify the seller though. Come on Aramex is there any responsible human that cares about customer service anymore?

The worst delivery company and customers service ever! I has been waited all day at home yet it still sent me an email to inform me that failed to deliver. It has been the second attempt already. And their WhatsApp representative told me to pay $5.5 for another redelivery. And they never apologize for their wrong doing. Why would I need to pay extra if their driver fail to deliver? Their customers service also the worst. Never give me the chance to response. They just cut off the conversation straight away without giving me a chance to reply. I have to go into the line over and over again to get respond. Absolutely the worst company. Never use their service again! Updated: Absolutely rubbish company. Never disappointed me in failing delivery. Not even once successful. I recommend all company avoid using this delivery company, because no consumer will use their service.

Ye gods, not again... My heart sank when I received a notification that my package was being delivered by Fastway/Aramex. My item was supposed to arrive yesterday; now it's disappeared into The System. I have had numerous bad experiences with them. They have never actually delivered a parcel to me: if I'm lucky, I get a card left in my letter box, if I'm unlucky I have to chase after them then take a drive to get it myself. If they can find it, given that I may or not get a card, and if I get a card, it may or may not have a number on it, and if it has a number on it, that number may or may not mean anything. I had one man not even try to deliver my parcel; he just ran to the letter box, dropped the card, and ran back to his car. I had to run after him to ask if he had a parcel for me; he seemed really annoyed that I was holding him up, and wrecking his business model. Please, Fastway/Aramex or whatever you are calling yourselves, do everyone a favour and just wind up the business. You have no idea what you are doing, and it's obvious that you really don't care.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give a zero, I would. They said that delivery was attempted, however I was at home the entire day. No card left, didn’t ring the bell. No attempt to contact me whatsoever. When I tried to contact them, they didn’t respond. I tried calling, no answer. Live chat, no answer. WhatsApp, no answer until hours later and about 10 messages to them. Once I did finally get a response, I was told that my delivery would be here today, and when I went to check on the status of the delivery, it said that they attempted delivery again yesterday, which was a lie. Because I was home all day yesterday as well. The person I spoke to was very blunt and would not give me a straight answer. Was also told “you’re not the only one who has a package”. Which I understand. But don’t lie and say you attempted delivery when you didn’t. And then proceed to tell me that it will take another 72 (business)hours to get an idea of when it will be delivered. Also can’t go and pick it up. Because they need 48 hours notice. An absolute joke. Extremely frustrating. Just deliver my package. It can’t be that bloody hard.

I cannot adequately mention what a bad courier service this is. I live in an apartment block with a security entrance, they arrived at 7:00am, rang the apartment and by the time I got there to let them in they were gone. The driver - obviously a franchisee - was in a great hurry to get away, couldn't wait for 30 seconds before disappearing over the horizon. I wish the people I bought the goods from used a more user friendly courier service. Actually I wish they had minus stars so I could give them the real rating they deserve.

Avoid using this company. I inquired about becoming a customer and after initial contact was ghosted when trying to set up an account. They did me a favour as I’ve booked 3 times through a third party and each time no one has shown up to pick up the shipment and there is no way of getting in contact with anyone as no one answers any phone calls and you get no response from an online inquiry. If you need a package delivered I suggest finding some pigeon eggs, hatching them, raising the birds, training them and getting them to deliver it. It’ll be faster and easier.

Like nearly every other review here, my experience is exactly the same. The tracking site was updated with “delivery attempt at 6:09pm”. It is the middle of winter; car in the driveway, and lights clearly on in the house. No doorbell, just a card left. Note that this parcel was allegedly collected from Melbourne, sent to Sydney, and then returned to Melbourne. I call BS. Given the volumes of negative feedback, and undertakings to do better, what on earth has changed with this company. Whoever is running the local operations of this business should be thoroughly embarrassed by their performance.

Without a doubt the worst courier service I have ever encountered! If I could give them a zero, I would. Firstly, they didn’t deliver my parcel on the date they said it would arrive. I was home all day and then received a notification to say there had been an attempted delivery and a calling card had been left. No delivery attempt, no calling card in the letter box. Then the following day I received a notification telling me that Aramex had been in contact to rearrange delivery and were awaiting my response, no contact from Aramex had been made to me personally. So basically I had no attempted delivery card, no contact, and no idea where my package was. Secondly, the live chat system is a joke. Mine sat with no response for nearly 24 hours, after being told repeatedly someone will be with you shortly. The depot phone number is a prerecorded message that leads you nowhere, other than to tell you that they can’t help you with delivery related issues and that any rude or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated AT ALL. Considering how bad their service is, it’s unsurprising they feel the need to stress that point so strongly. Avoid this service at all costs. It is quite clear that the two simple things they need to function, delivery and communication, are completely lacking.

Horrible experience with Aramex. Seem to have very old school technology, for a new company you’d expect a bit more advanced. Couldn’t redirect my bed by giving an alternative address (only to a couple minutes down the road) because it was delayed and I moved in the time. After dealing with Customer service for 20 minutes they said they’d try their best but seems to be just poor processes. The driver obviously got communication that I needed it to a new address as I received a photo of it sitting outside my old address saying “couldn’t re deliver .. here it is”. We were lucky it wasn’t stolen in the meantime.

I would give 0 if I could. I was waiting for the parcel at home all day. However, the delivery guy, without knocking my door, left an unattended card. The system refresh and I saw the status update. That is not the worst, I need to wait for another two days for redelivery or pick up. Also the pick up location is port of Melbourne. That is crazy.......I hate this company. I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered. I had been waiting for it, and hadn’t seen it, nor was it at the place where we leave them if the person is not home. I emailed the vendor and Aramex, because it was important. Aramex responded very quickly, and included 2 photos of the package leaning up against my house. It was obviously a problem on my end. So after searching, I found it under my bed. Someone else had decided to put it in a safe place. Those photos were such a good idea and I felt sorry for causing extra work for them. The delivery was very fast, and the response to my lost parcel was same day, with proof positive it had been delivered. Great service, I would absolutely recommend them.

Where do I start? first of all I would like to advise anyone who is thinking of using Aramex NOT TO. I've been waiting for my package for more than 2 weeks as it's "being held at the depot" - I've tried many times to speak to customer service and all I have received is that the package will be delivered within 48hours..... this was 2 weeks ago. Aramex, it's not difficult, it's just a bit of common sense! Keep your customers updated, communication goes a long way in this day and age! DO NOT USE, pay the extra and get decent service.

How can I rate Aramex 0 star? They've had my purchased item in their possession for over 1 week. And all they had to do was move it between two Melbourne suburbs. The tracker originally said it was going to be delivered on a certain day. That day has come and gone and the tracker now just says delayed. Trying to make contact with Aramex requires some special magic skill. Even the seller of my purchase appears to have difficulty getting any sense from them and getting a new delivery day. The difficulty is I can't leave my home in case it turns up. If I'm not here, it goes back to the depot and I wait another week. These guys should not be in business. Update: Finally, after nearly 2 weeks with my parcel in Aramex’s possession, it got delivered. 2 weeks for an item to be transferred between 2 Melbourne suburbs! The final insult was the driver refused to leave the item (a heavy printer) at my front door, but on the street. I asked him and he said he couldn’t, possibly because he didn’t have a trolley. So Aramex does not equip its drivers with the necessary tools to deliver heavy items safely (both drivers and customers). In future if I know a company uses Aramex for deliveries I will order from someone else.

Regardless of how cheap they could be, you lose your businesses using their service. A system that doesnt allow anyone to contact them. I had a parcel delivery at the depot last Friday and was advised it wasn't able to be delivered until the following Friday (another week). I requested to pick up from the depot, which seemed like a simple request, but I'm still WAITING for confirmation that it's ready to pickup. How do you stay in business? I've contacted the company that I purchased from and strongly advised them to avoid Aramex based on my experience and they have confirmed they are reviewing and looking at alternative services. Aramex ultimately reflects badly on the seller when their customers can't get what they paid for, which is unfair.

Your messenger service directs me to email, which takes multiple follow-ups over several days to receive an answer from. I was alerted via text that my parcel couldn’t be delivered due to street closure (which wasn’t true) and then advised via the tracking page that my address was outside of the delivery area. I was stoked to see that my delivery from Sydney was due to arrive 3 days after I purchased it! I ordered some delicious beverages on Saturday night and to my delight received an email and text saying it would arrive today! So eagerly I waited, without a peep or ring on the doorbell, then suddenly an email appeared which said "Sorry we missed you, our driver buzzed but you weren't home" bit odd considering I've got nothing but time to spend at home. Absolutely a joke that no one even bothered to check I was home before taking my package to a depot where I have to wait another 3 hours until it'll be ready to be picked up, but what a coincidence that they close in just enough time to ensure that I can't pick up the parcel today. Like so many others I recommend avoiding and using any other courier/delivery service.

You can't call them, their chat is useless, they make as little effort as possible to deliver your package. I am boycotting any vendors that I buy from who use Aramex/Fastway for their delivery. They apparently tried to deliver my parcel in January and after trying to locate it opted to pick it up and a month later I am at the depot trying to locate my parcel still. And yet another Aramex stuff up... An Aramex parcel was on board for delivery today. It did not arrive. When I looked at tracking late afternoon it said "Unfortunately we were unable to deliver your parcel. We are currently assessing the issue and will be in contact with either the sender or receiver to obtain a solution." When I asked in online chat what the problem was, I was told the driver couldn't find my house and could I please send a map. I was then sent a photo the driver had taken. The photo was of THE HOUSES DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET, numbers 15 and 17. Had the driver simply turned around they'd have seen my house, 18. Now I'm told the parcel will take at least another 2 days but may be subject to delays. NEVER NEVER use Aramex. Drivers and customer "service" staff are hopeless!

Loved your courier turned up to my address and didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. We have it on camera: van stopped in front of house, courier got out, literally did nothing to check if anyone was home then just dropped off the calling card and left. What is the point of a delivery service that doesn't even bother to even deliver? You might as well just hire people to drive around in circles and get paid for it because they are providing literally the same service.

Here we go again. same company and same issue. just like couple of month ago. I just saw Aramex driver passed by my apartment when i was receiving my parcel from Australia post. moment later got txt attempt of delivery failed. what on earth these company doing?, same issue few months back and it took more then a month to find my parcel with extra cost of 7$ for new address as i was moving. I personally requested the seller not through this company but still they did it. No phone line to help. online message system is keep u waiting and no response. No wonder when you ring there number the voice message stating " we wont tolerate abusive language. I am not going to bother re delivery now, just going to claim my money from seller so they will learn their lesson and avoid sending through #@%$ company

Pathetic! Second time trying to receive goods sent with Aramex. I watched the delivery van pull up, put a 'sorry we missed you' card in the mail box and drive off. I wasted a whole day at home waiting for delivery! I requested a refund and return to sender. Will never purchase from a company that uses Aramex again. I hope vendors looking for a courier avoid Aramex, as it impacts your customers experience. The best Aramex can say for deliveries outstanding for weeks is that they're facing sorting delays, and to give them another 48 hours. Even though emails are never responded to, there's no support if you call and their chat function takes a lifetime to get a response... their answers and apologies are very scripted and can never seem to give you a genuine answer.

I work in Logistics and I don’t know how this company is still operating, why it’s being used by any business that has the ability to google or how they haven’t been sued. The overall 1 star rating that this company has should be a clear indication to anyone that even thinks about doing business with them - just don’t. 2 online orders I made through different companies are supposed to be delivered by this company. I have not received either order. They’ve had them both for 2 weeks and they only had to travel 30 minutes to 1 hour from pick up to depot to delivery. Their customer service is completely inadequate. I haven’t received any actual information. I’ve just been told to wait. I don’t think I will ever receive these items. Either way, an international order would arrive before this company delivered anything.

NO REPLY TO MY REQUEST TO FIND PARCEL... Catch of the day are also chasing this parcel for me... ONCE MY STOVE WAS LOCATED AND DELIVERED, YOUR DRIVER WAS POLITE AND EXTREMELY HELPFULL.
