Worse delivery company in Australia. I bought something last week and was sent through this courrier, I paid for same day delivery, stood at home all evening no one came and then I received an email saying that the driver came and nobody was home. I called and they tried a second attempt, at a random time without notice the driver call saying he arrived, I told him I'm five minutes away from my house. He says he cannot wait and he goes. Best advice: Find another courrier I wish I could give them cero stars

Once again I have a Startrack note in my mailbox saying I wasn't home, and they missed me. I was. The last 5 times i was too because i work from home now. We all were home, all those times. Now I've got to mess around finding a late delivery, and it will cost Startrack more to process than it would have done for the courier to walk 5metres to the complex bell. Companies: Please don't use Startrack

Atrocious. Dropped a large, expensive parcel that was specifically marked as no authority to leave. StarTrack overruled the customer wishes and granted themselves authority to leave. Quite lazy considering we have a post office at the end of our street that was a better alternative (and easier for the driver to access) than going against customer wishes for a pricey item in a neighborhood of high mail theft. Zero stars.

Worst courier company in Australia by far. Terrible customer service. Just try and deny their ineptitude and defend their drivers incompetence. Had a package taken back to the depot, even though delivery instructions stated ā€˜leave at doorā€™. Driver left incorrect consignment number. Also stated package had been delivered, contrary to his ā€˜returned to depot missed delivery card. Depot then refuses to help me because I have the wrong consignment number. Ended up having to get a new order from the company I purchased from. Which helped me free of charge. I simply asked that they send it with a different courier please!

I understand that everyone has a job to do & Iā€™m not one to leave negative reviews just to be mean. But a weak link can destroy an entire system & this is my gripe with StarTrack. Multiple times (not just once) we have been home for the ENTIRE DAY waiting an important delivery. Multiple times, no attempt has been made to deliver. We are always left with an ā€œunable to deliverā€ status update when so many more complex deliveries have been made by other services & companies the same day, safely & efficiently. AusPost - no problem. Other couriers - easy. StarTrack?! Perhaps 1 out of the 15 deliveries we have had have been successfully done (& we arenā€™t the ones that choose this service; itā€™s provided by the people we order from). After this latest breakdown in delivery, as a small business owner, our customers are missing out due to StarTrackā€™s incompetent drivers. If you canā€™t do a job, please donā€™t waste out time. Iā€™d much rather pick it up myself then spend another day waiting for yet another important item to never show up

Deplorable service. Had been waiting all morning for my package to arrive, then suddenly received a text saying ā€œWe attempted to deliverā€. My doorbell is extremely loud, and I wouldā€™ve heard a knock, if there had been one. I told the customer service team that I am unable to go to get the package (not having a license or car) and after swearing they would get the investigation team to contact me (which they never did) I was told by a team manager that the driver was certain heā€™d attempted delivery and no one was home, he had gps proof heā€™d been to the address, and my only option was to collect the package from the post officeā€¦ I am disgusted and extremely disappointed by the ā€œserviceā€ this past week.

When they deliver your parcel to a depot that is too far for the customer to collect, they say itā€™s on you, the customer and wonā€™t allow any redirection to a closer LPO that they shouldā€™ve left the parcel at. Absolute disgrace, why do we need a courier that doesnā€™t bring stuff closer to us?

Terrible services. Waiting for the package the whole day on the estimated delivery day, and noboday showed up. All of a sudden, I received a status-update email saying "Unable to be left in a safe place - Location not suitable" and asked me to pick it up from a local office. My other packages from other couriers had no problem in delivery on the same date. I suspect is that the staff never tried to deliver to the address and just brought it to the local office.

Hear me out. I know the reviews are shocking. I had major issues with scorptec on delivery. Alan is one of the best employees from startrack I've ever dealt with, he went above and beyond to try and help me. If you need someone to try organise delivery ask for Alan. Unfortunately scorptec couldn't organise milk on a dairy farm and my items could not be delivered. Alan was still extremely professional and apologetic. It's saying something about Alan if I didn't get my parcels an Im still praising the effort he put in. Regards Ben.

Since Auspost take-over, Tullamarine office has created itself a toxic work environment and culture, supports managerial workplace bullies, is rife with nepotism, fails to follow good OHS practices and victimizes those who have OHS or bullying issues by aggressive documentation and disciplinary action against anyone that falls into their 'too hard basket' One word that sums up this workplace is 'gaslighting'. Oh, and they're terrible at providing the service they promise.

Organized an item to be picked up between 9am to 4pm waited all day as parcel was packed and ready to go. 4:30pm comes and no one has picked it up yet so i call them only to be told they will come till 5pm, 5pm comes still no one came so i call back explain my self again only to be told that they will now have to find out whats going on and get back to me and who knows when that will be, whats the point of having time slots to choose from if you don't even stick to it and waste the customers time! will never use again.

Not surprised by all the 1 star reviews. This company I'd unorganised, and finding out they were bought out by Aussies makes complete sense as to why it is so hard to speak to an actual person to find out where your package is and how to receive it. Chances are you're not going to get it delivered to your house, you're gonna have to jump through hoops like a show dog and drive to Tullamarine during a lockdown to pick up your package.

Worst delivery company. Amazon assigned my package for delivery by StarTrack couriers. StarTrack stated they attempted delivery twice to my property, which was a complete lie as I was standing at the gate waiting for them at ETA on both occasions. StarTrack also advised Amazon that they delivered the package. The person who I spoke to at the call centre, was very rude and unhelpful. I honestly will never use this delivery service or recommend them to anyone. I have also reported them to Amazon.

This is the worst freight company Iā€™ve ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. Two deliveries in a row with massive issues. The first delayed by 5 weeks and then subsequently lost. The second most recent one falsely reported that an attempted delivery was made, which was completely false seeing as I was home all day. No doorbell rung, no card left, nothing. Company doesnā€™t even have the technology in place to contact drivers. Utter joke. Why retailers still use StarTrack is beyond me.
