My partner had a horrendous experience when DHL lost her passport and didn't locate it and get it to Adelaide until the day after her flight to UK for her dream holiday. She had to rebook and follow me 3 days later, it cost her an extra $2500 for her flight and she lost 3 very special days of her holiday that can never be replaced. Very sad for our whole family.

Incredibly fast delivery!!! Other companies (I’m looking at you Aramex) struggle to deliver domestic parcels within a week, DHL delivers parcels coming from overseas OVER NIGHT!!! That’s not even when sent ‘express’, it’s just how good they are!!!!
