Seriously DHL my supply chain. What more do I have to do to get you to deliver my parcel to my door.. I call you and you say you have authority to leave and would do so today. Only to have you on my security camera your staff member not even bringing the parcel in from the truck. Just strolled in and out with no card left and not left at door as your staff said they would this morning. . 10 days of waiting and 4 visits from your staff still no parcel and zero communication.

If you have a choice, do not use DHL. I have an order which the supplier sent on 04SEP2017 and I still have got it. It take more than 1 week and I don't know when can I get my item. it just ship Sydney to Sydney. And every time when you call, just keep saying give them a call if you don't receive in the next 2-3 days. Ever Post Office are quicker than them.

This service is a joke promise and lies all the time my parcel FDG351892, never made any delivery and keep saying because nobody home when someone waiting to receive it all day. Right now still not receive my item. Useless service both customer service speacially driver who never attended to delivery just keep lying around!!!!!
