I was fortunate enough to meet a kind lady named Jill, who assisted me with selecting a box, packaging my items, and getting everything in order. The entire experience was seamless, and I am grateful for the exceptional customer service that I received.

Hands down one of the best CS experiences ever! Jill from the front desk was an absolute legend. Despite being late and having trouble with some details, Jill was patient, supportive and actually showed concern for the parcels to be shipped off on time - with accuracy. Also had to get assistance from Georgia and Jacqueline via support centre and the way they handled and resolved the issue was truly seamless. 100% happy customer and would def. recommend going DHL for all.

I am very disappointed, how can they drop my parcel to wrong address ,house number missing does mean that you can drop my person to someone house. There was phone number but that delivery man didco contact me and deliver to someone home. Parcel was so important that’s way I did dhl but sad to say still I didn’t get my parcel

In Australia, unless you live IN the CBD of a city -- literally near the center of the metropolis -- there truly is no express delivery. DHL is no exception. They take the maximum delivery times as "gospel", using that as an excuse to not be expeditious. That's been my experience in the 10 years of living here. DHL "express" -- I use that term whilst rolling eyes -- is top offender when it comes to slow delivery, and lack of customer service.

Very disappointed in DHL Express Melbourne Airport this time. We have used dhl before with same address and no issues but this time they are holding on an overseas shipment and the reason is no full address provided. Got a text message to say provide"Full Address" of the shipment with a phone number to contact. It was very difficult to get through, it rings out with no answer. eventually were able to get through. We were asked to send an email with the full address, which we did but still the shipment on hold. Contacted dhl again to follow up, they were unable to help and a job was lodge with The dhl Care Team. The Care Team, which is located in Brisbane, contacted us to say they have been sending correspondences to theOperation Team with no response back from them at all. It has been 2 weeks and the shipment still on hold in Melbourne. We used dhl express because it is fast and reliable service but this time it not fast and not reliable. Very disappointing. Still waiting to hear from The Care Team to resolve the issue by today. It it doesn't get resolved by today will be lodging a formal complaint.

Absolutely pathetic. You know, I don't usually get peeved to the point where I leave nasty Google reviews - but DHL, congratulations - you've tipped me over the edge. Let's begin at 11am this morning when I rang your incompetent customer service team. The delivery man opted to not let anyone at my home know that he'd arrived, and left a wonderful piece of paper with some basic instructions. I immediately rang DHL to confirm the package would be available for pickup. They confirmed it would be available after 1pm at which point I imagined 2 hours leeway would be enough. I arrived at 3.30pm to be ignored but a bimbo (brunette) and an elder woman. The brunette I have seen before, and let me say her customer service is no better. She does not acknowledge anyone, and frankly I've no idea how she holds down a job. Evidently I was in a rush, and the older woman took it upon herself to take her time, and to ensure that every person the brunette served she would also serve.. what's the point in two people serving one person? The package had not arrived, and I had to either wait till 5pm that day or have it delivered the next morning. DHL, you are pathetic and this is the censored version.

I bought a guitar through EBay from a seller in South Korea. The seller sent it to me and provided a tracking number. All was good, until the guitar landed in Melbourne at DHL. Somehow, due to an action of complete and utter carelessness & brainless incompetence , the delivery information was stuck onto the wrong box. A DHL courier delivered a box to me, and it contained some Oncology Sample Tubes that was meant to be heading to a Doctor in Santo Domingo in The Dominican Republic !! Where is my guitar ? Has it been sent to Santo Domingo ? After some phone conversations with a helpful DHL customer service lady, my guitar arrived 24 hours later. A good outcome, yet not without some unnecessary angst. While I was on hold on the phone DHL were playing a recorded message informing me how great their company is....they used phrases like "Leading the way" But to where ? Santo Domingo ? "Excellence" At what ? As it turned out they found my guitar, so that must be it , finding items they have lost. "Fast & Reliable"...Well i did get the Oncology Sample Tubes on time, a pity that i never ordered them. "Expertise" Well i did get the guitar in good condition despite DHL's unprofessional efforts...So beware, DHL could mean Directionless & Hopelessly & Lost.

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!!! The best experience! I received my VERY important document with 3 days from Estonia to Australia which is in the other side of the world! Me in Melbourne and My Mother in Estonia were both able to track the item 24 hours a day, we saw every little move. Excellent! Why I'm saying all that is because It was the 2nd time my mother post this mail for me, first time was 4 weeks ago with a different company and it never arrived! Which makes me extremely nervous, the fact is that it was very important document - and its gone. Disappeared! With DHL I received it with 3 days - Friday to Monday! AMAZING! That is exactly how one business should do their job! Great work guys! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
