Two large parcels delivered from interstate in 8 days to Darwin which is excellent. Tracking system fantastic and on the delivery day got a text to say they were on board for delivery. I live in a unit complex and was away from the intercom when the delivery arrived. Ryan the driver rang me on my mobile to say he was at the gate. Great work Ryan and nice to be greeted by a friendly person.

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro model from JB Hi-Fi online in the afternoon a couple of days ago and the item was posted for delivery from Melbourne in the evening. In the following morning, the item arrived at my doorstep. Unbelievable value for just $5.99 for the express postage option! I've never had this insane experience before as item deliveries to the NT are always much later than the other major states of Australia. What a ripper!

(To be clear, this relates to the Toll Priority business, not Darwin base in particular). Absolutely sick of chasing these people. I need a package delivered without signature and have done everything possible - even left a signed temporary authority exactly as per their instructions but they refuse to accept it. I have sent messages to their customer service team who have ignored them for days (no replies in 6 days now). I spent 15 minutes on the phone to a lady who could not tell me where the local collection points were and kept asking me to tell her a random post code to check. Really? They don't know where their own collection points are? I am now severing a several year business relationship with a vendor because they exclusively use Toll and I just cannot keep chasing them when they don't deliver the service as expected.

Despite being in the house a card was left as apparently the operative couldn't use the bell system. Online system didn't work, so had to call. "Help"line initially tried to send package to a pickup point in Queensland before realising that isn't very local to Darwin. Couldn't tell me where the depot is to pickup the package before making me commit to picking it up there without any idea of opening times or location, apparently I'll receive a text message later with that information.

Ordered a package on Friday morning and was promised next day delivery. Expected it to arrive today (Monday) was told it was on board for delivery this morning at 9am. It's now 7pm so I called to check on the delivery. Was told the driver ran out of time so it won't be delivered until the next business day which is Wednesday because of a public holiday tomorrow! Toll "priority" my arse.

Ordered a laptop 2 and a half weeks ago with this company. Was promised 1 to 5 business days, however it still took 2 weeks before it even made it to darwin. Now it's been in darwin for 3 days and they can't get off their lazy butts and deliver the damn thing to the store before I leave the state. When you call them it always takes 30 minutes on hold to get through and then the useless staff make you promises they don't keep. "We will call you back sir, we have people looking into it". Clearly they've done nothing though so... companies have to stop using toll. It's absolutely inefficient and useless.

Less than average. Was left with Delivery card which is fine. Delivery card was wrongly not marked as ID check required. So when called to arrange to leave without authority, they said no. Then after several times saying I would pick up, they agreed. Then they said couldn't pick up until an SMS was sent the following day, and it could be anytime - which defeats the point of using pick up service. So still have to wait all day, just a choice of wait at home and waste a days work, or be prepared to leave work at short notice when they call. Not quite a normal courier service...

Absolutely useless! Ordered a package through ups and unfortunately these guys deal with it once it hits Australia! Took 2 days for it to travel from Hong Kong to Darwin, Has taken them longer than five days to deliver it 20 mins down the road to my house. Just rang them to find out what the go was to be told “Sorry I can’t help you, you need to ring ups” rang ups and as I was reading the consignment number she said this is a toll number so I explained my recent call and how useless they are and she was more than happy to help (even though she told me toll should be onto it) and within half hour had a courtesy call from her telling me she is waiting for a call back from the Darwin office to find out what’s happening and she’ll let me know as soon as she does! Avoid using toll at all costs! Save yourself the headache!

All sorted & most happy, i got my parcel -albeit a little later than it could have been (only 2-3 days) . The staff @ Marrara were excellent when i went to pick it up. i asked re the holdups & we found future solutions. They have also put my details into their system -So any deliveries in future can be dropped to a ADP (ApprovedDistributionPoint) -my local newsagent -much closer to my home. And Toll will text me when that happens. Feel confident next delivery will be quicker. I was just a little peeved initially that my address was out of delivery area. I'm a happy Chappie. Cheers & thanks in advance. The main issue of discontent was being unaware of Toll's ID in the delivery chain on UPS 'track order' which left me wondering why it was sitting 3-4 days. Details- priority parcel from US, followed it on 'track my order' 4.5 days round the world which was great, then it arrived in Marrara Darwin NT early Monday, kept sitting there & even had a dispatched to courier note removed a day after that had logged, rang UPS today Thursday to find out why it was sitting with courier 3-4 days in Marrara depot, THEN got a SMS to inform me to contact Toll Priority, waited 14mins till answered , and told i have to drive to pick it up myself (thats 75km round trip) -they do not deliver to my address, or drop at po box(no contract with auspost), no local Toll contact number. Initially 1 star, but have upped it to 4 stars.

WORST COURIERS EVER spent 22mins on hold to chase down a parcel that was posted 2 weeks prior got told it was still scanning as in transit despite as i pointed out the parcel being registered in the Darwin depot at the airport....no interest what so ever on trying to actually assist me in finding out if that parcel was actually there and able to be picked up given i hadnt received a missed delivery slip from them yet..... this goes on top of me being at the depot the past week picking up the other half of the package an asking specifically if they were sure there was only one parcel not two with that consignment number as i was expecting another parcel shipped on the same day dont use them if you can avoid it

Worst delivery ever! I cringed when I got the call to say that my area isn't in their delivery area and I'll needed to call to arrange alternative pick up or delivery address. Done it 3 times now, still no packages, and the operator couldn't even find the address of their Darwin office. Took me two seconds to google it! Hung up on the useless piece of dung. Their advertising needs to be updated to "delivers to a few select places, but we won't tell you that when we accept your delivery!"

Poor opening hours makes it difficult for me to collect parcels when I'm not working. They are only open till 5pm weekdays and closed all weekend. Depot address and opening hours is never included on missed parcel cards. Unfortunately Toll is UPS Australian/Darwin partner, so parcels sent from the US often end up at Toll where they are difficult to collect. I dread every time I realise my parcel is being handled by Toll. It's also impossible to select a redelivery or collection option for missed parcels via Toll's website when the missed parcel card only contains a UPS tracking number, which does not work with Toll's website.

Useless mob of bastards. Spent sixteen minutes on the phone trying to speak to customer service. My blood boiled the whole time whilst being forced to listen to them tell me how great they were. Eventually spoke to someone in the philipines. They would have been easy enough to understand if it wasnt for the constant call center chatter in the back ground. My experience was so fustrating i chose to send a complaint by email. Got nothing but an automated reply. That was for a personal parcel. Now i'm sitting at work trying to speak to someone from toll regarding 8 g-size cylinders of carbondioxide that they have managed to loose. I hate toll with a passion!!

The delivery driver didn't even use the intercom and left a driect sorry card. Called through phone to arrange pick up was told to pick it up next day from closest collection point. No further email was sent to confirming the they are moving the parcel from depot, and next day I receive no email or sms confirming anything. So I called the helpline and all they kept doing was tossing around from one representative to the other. Kept me on hold multiple times. I. Didn't hang up the call just to see the end of it. Finally, they asked me what sort of item was it. When I said it's a bluetooth headphone, the guy says it's a dangerous good and they can't take it to collection point! I mean seriously! I ordered it from Amazon and if it was sooo dangerous you shouldn't have received the good on the first place and made proper enquiry! You guys are hopeless and I would not expect anything better from toll. Drivers are lazy to ring bell or call, received no email or sms, customer representatives have no clue on how to deal with the situation. UPDATE: So I was told over the phone that the item should be available for pick up from depot in 24 hours. And no surprise that they again didn't contact me with any updates. When I called and asked what's the go, they said I must wait until any further confirmation. I replied but 24hours has passed and I waited long enough. They said there's nothing I can do, when asked if I could talk to depot to see if they can fix the issue since they have not kept their words and didn't organise a pick up. I was refused from getting any contact details whatsoever. At the end of the day the kept me on hold for 20minutes just to hang up. Idk whether they want to just steal the goods or they enjoy being a jerk to customers. Because their reviews clearly states their work ethics. I do not want to deal with toll ever in my life. If I buy anything online and sellers says they are sending through toll I will cancel the purchase and show this review as for reason. Avoid toll and just a suggestion rename yourself as TROLL, that's what you are.
