The four stars are for the contractor (not Toll) who rang us, knowing that we were waiting for the second part of an order that he delivered the week before, and offered to meet us on his way to another destination. He was told by Toll, not to deliver to Bothwell that day and the next day was a public holiday, so we would have had to wait another week, as they only deliver here once a week. Can't thank that contractor enough for going above and beyond.

worst service ever. Incompetent to follow instruction, given them the authority to leave the parcel without signature, and come home finding a "Sorry, we missed you" card. Great!!! what good is you asking my authorization, why waste your resource and my time? Called the call centre to rearrange the parcel to be send to alternative location. Get consent and received confirmation that the parcel will be in news agency 5 minutes away from my home. Went there after work, and what did I find? nothing, the parcel is not there cause it was never sent there. so what do I do? Call the call centre and ask where my parcel is, the answer is "I DONT KNOW". No one seems to know where my parcel is, the call centre could not find it, the news agency don't have it. and I certainly don't have it. If you have no intention to do what is asked, why do you bother asking what the customer want? Authorization and instructions has been given, and nothing is achieve. The most EXCELLENT customer service I have experience.

The people I spoke to on the phone had me going round in circles from one person to another . No one seemed to know who to put me through to so they just fobbed me off. It was a simple question to ask a freight company.... Do you ship furniture containers from Tasmania to the Mainland for private individuals???? Not too hard you wouldn't think. I have up after the fourth person.

There were three contact choices on line to choose from. I was interested in getting a quote to move a shipping container within Tasmania. On my first call to the phone number shown I ended up locating an employee information centre. After explaining exactly what I needed I was transfered to another centre. Once again it was the wrong one as they couldn't help me with an enquiry in Tasmania as they were in Victoria. That person gave me the direct number for the person that I needed to speak with, told me the name of the person and said that I would need to make another call. I did as instructed and called the number that gave me a recorded message saying that the number didn't exist. I was saddened by this as I had had shipping containers moved on several other occasions.

Dropped a vehicle off here to be shipped with prixcar. Staff were very efficient. Great experience.
