Absolute joke of a courier company. If you are a business, just stick to reliable Australia Post. I purchased some goods online, and of course was not home when the courier came to my apartment block at midday during the work week. As there are no secure spots to leave my package, I was left a delivery slip. My options are to get the package delivered again to the same address, which is a waste of time because I will be at work again and will miss the delivery again. Or I can get the package delivered to a different address, however this will take two business days to organise, and as someone who travels from site to site for work, useless for me as I won't know where I am from one day to the next. The only other option available is for me to pick it up myself from Toll depot, which is at the airport. This is ridiculously inconvenient. Stick to Australia Post.

very poor service . Delivered without notification during working the day missed. Either redelivered and be available between 8 am to 5 pm, basically take a whole day off and just stand by at main door or pick up during business hours , from only depot available which is 1 hour away . I will not recommend anyone to use TOLL, used other much more efficient and flexible . Toll is a joke worst courier company to use.

I am one of tolls big clients and if toll doesn't get there act together and have someone good to control fleet I will actually move to the next transport campany to deal with my freights as it always sent drivers late or doesn't even come at all on an express service and doesn't tell you, and so you get on the phone and all you hear is sorry. I am so sick of this and sick of the service I get all the time but this is it, if it doesnt work out I'm switching company. Sincerely Vince
