Never call you, never knock your door, you are never at home as you are live in a fake address. Today I move a chair and sited close to my door. Courier still want to put miss card in my mailbox. I really miss the logistics service in China. In there, you have the best process technologies, the best equipment, the highest salary per hour. But very poor customer experience. In China, cheap courier are absolutely responsible and high efficient. The only different is, they just have a tricycle and a handwriting registration form. No matter the best logistics service suppliers like EMS, SF and JD. They have the same equipment and technologies as FedEx! But shame FedEx all time!

FedEx Adelaide is incredible. I don't even believe these reviews AT ALL. They always deliver on time and the staff are my homies. Charging extra money ? Yeah why y'all lying for? I've been using them for years and never had a single issue. Plus they're more than helpful and you don't have to stand outside when collecting from other places. Keep up the good work !

I work a month on/off roster and I had a parcel scheduled for delivery on the day I travel out, meaning I missed it. I needed it for work so requested they could deliver it a day early. They managed to bring it forward so I could get it in time. Much appreciated FEDEX!

Perfect service. Ordered shock absorbers from U.S.A. which only took 11 days, the tracking was up to date and the scheduled delivery date were all spot on. They did sit at FEDEX Adelaide for a couple of days awaiting the scheduled delivery. No complaints at all.

It took ten days to get from Sydney to Adelaide and instead of a FED-EX courier it was delivered by Aust Post. In all the experience was terrible, it appeared to sit in one place for days at a time. Or Fed-ex has employed horse and cart to get its packages from one side of the country to another. If it came to purchasing another item from the US I would consider using a carrier pigeon to get my package quicker.

As usual my current Fedex delivery is sitting at Adelaide Airport not delivered despite a commitment that it would have been delivered by now. The only real way to ensure you get your parcel when in SA is to pick it up yourself from the depot. Unfortunately they make this as difficult as possible.

I do about 2 orders per week from the US. Most of the time I get a choice on carrier. I have been choosing DHL. Order Friday and it's delivered to my house in Adelaide on Tuesday. Fedex it may get to Adelaide quickly, but it sits in their depot for 2-3 days. Reason: didn't pay for priority. What makes them more money, not holding it because I use someone else like DHL. To top it off, if it's in Adelaide by Sat morning, DHL will throw it on the truck and deliver on Sat too. Chalk and Cheese on customer service!!!!

Poor Customer service. They charge allot for import tax agent service and the method to pay is not streamlined like DHL. I dont believe any immediate cost saving that is perceived in there pricing is worth considering due to the above mentioned issues.
