One of the most pathetic service I have came across. On portal they say 5 times they came at home and no one was at home. However from past one week I am working from home. Big time liars. No missed card left as they never visited. Every time I call them I have to wait in queue for 20 minutes to get someone on hold and only response I get back is "Sorry" which they never meant. I have chased them almost everyday. I wanted to give 0 star but unfortunately there is no option.

Priority is such a brave word to use for a provider that takes 4 business days to deliver a package, misses the delivery, and then can't even fill out a pickup form. Really enjoying being on hold and blasted with ads about how great they are, because the "push 1 to X" isn't working as well. The url provided to track has this package marked as "out for delivery". Absolutely rubbish systems from an absolutely terrible courier service

If you are a business owner that source products to sell from China, please call your suppliers and tell them not to use Toll Priority. Save yourself the stress and choose another reliable company. Products i ordered with the same goods that Toll Priority is holding on to and telling me different stories every time i call have already been delivered over a month ago, ridiculous. I called to organise pickup twice, first time i was told that i can pickup the next day, on the agreed date of pickup when i called to advise them of my arrival time, i was then told they that they donā€™t do picks, RIDICULOUS LIARS. Now if you have misplaced my products that I relied on to survive this lockdown, Toll Priority, U guys will pay for them. I have customers wanting to buy my products & u guys have decided to hold on them. By the way all the positive reviews on this site is written by Toll Priority, as you can see majority carries the vote, in this case 1 STAR. Next review will be on instagram, facebook and YouTube

I wish I could give 0 stars. After redirecting the receiving address they tried to deliver not once but 2 days in a row to the original address. I called no less than 4 times prior to delivery to ā€œmake sureā€ they would deliver to the correct address. Their customer service line is overseas. You cannot contact anyone in Australia. An absolute joke. I would be embarrassed to rely on this company to service my customers. Thank god I donā€™t and now I never will.

Really terrible service. Cannot locate my parcel. I requested to collect my parcel from the depot as delivery is clearly not working. The people at the call centre have no idea where the depots are. They also do not know if I can collect from the depot or when I can collect. Really disturbing how no one knows what is going on. I really hope I never have to deal with them again.

The most foul, incompetent and rude customer service. Driver delivering parcel to wrong address and 0 information provided upon many calls to so called customer service. They can't even write down my number right after repeating it many times and spelling it out. If I could give -100 as a score to bring down this pathetic company score to negative and to remove it from Google results that would be the least I would do to rid humanity of this waste of space. Hope it goes bankrupt in a matter of days. Just read the other reviews here and on other review sites!

Literally the worst courier in the world. Paid for next day delivery, they attempted to deliver the day after when no one was home. Instead of organising redelivery they took it to the depot and request that I pick it up within 7 days or have it returned to sender. All for some freaking coffee pods. Avoid Toll like the plague.

Card was left, I called back at midday advising the parcel is a medical product and is needed asap and if I can go and pick up, operator advised they will mark it as critical and the parcel should be delivered within 1-2 hours and will be followed by a phone call to confirm delivery. Waited 2 and a half hours and no delivery, called back spoke to different operator and I was advised that I should get a call within the hour for delivery and it's marked as critical. Waited the hour I called back and operator advised that the depot responded that the parcel cannot be delivered, by this time it is 5pm, operator the asked for my delivery address, through frustration I explained to the operator that product is medical and is for my I'll child and explained the ordeal I went through, operator had no response and asked if I could pick up, I explained again that my initial call was for pick up and was advised it's marked as urgent and will be delivered, reluctantly I agreed to pick up parcel due to urgency of it. I was advised that I will receive a text for parcel is ready, up until this stage I have recieved no text and am getting increasingly angry as I explained it's a emergency medical product . I would never use this service and would rather use a stork or a donkey that use toll.

Reading through previous reviews, I see a pattern emerging. If it's a residential address, the chances are nobody is home, so just leave a card and let someone else deliver, or the customer has to pick up their delivery. That's what happened to me. I was about 3 metres away from the front door at the alleged time of the attempted delivery, and did not hear a knock. No phone call either. After I looked up the delivery on the tracking site, I see an attempt at delivery was made. So I check my security door, and there are the top right of the door is a card shoved into the screen. I waited 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone, only to be told "sorry, you're too late - it will have to be delivered on Friday - or you can pick it up yourself". "Time critical parcels or documents" and "reliable next day delivery" I heard repeatedly whilst I was on hold. Yeah, right. The staff were quite nice in person, but even there my parcel had been "sorted into the wrong bin", so they had to rummage around looking for it. I'll be sure to mention this to my phone company in the hopes they will contract a reliable courier service.

Now I have to collect it from you depot, I have paid for your useless service and you failed to maintain your Duty of Care. Absolutely useless customer service, transfer your call over and over and each time you wait on hold for >10mins all for the next boffin to tell you they can't help you. My item has been sitting in their depot for over a month and apparently the customer service team can't speak directly to the people in the depot so...that's as much as they can help. Avoid using this service at all cost.

Courier claimed to have come despite not even coming. We took time of work and were home. There was no ā€œwe missed youā€ calling card (no surprise as they did not come). And so it was a hassle and a half to get our parcel from the post office without current address on ID (we just moved) and no calling card (as courier person did not come). Worst courier service ever. Not the first time Iā€™ve had issues with them either.

Just had my parcel delivered by Moustafa Raad who made that extra effort to make sure that l got my parcel as silly me, forget the (/) between the numbers. He not only called my mobile twice (missed his calls) but he actually was smarter than your average parcel delivery person to figure out the correct address to make sure that l got my parcel instead of taking it back. So far the best service & initiative l've seen. Well done Moustafa Raad

Worst delivery services ever. I wish I could give 0. Poor customer services, awful manager, very unprofessional and not caring. Driver didnt ring my bell (I am sure he just went straight to give it to newagency), said we were not home at 7.55am when I was having breakfast. Also, I was checking map track and he never came my way. Then when I called at first they denied. We didnt get any card either so obviously the driver is a liar. They told they cannot deliver today coz its affecting other customers but from all the reviews I read its affecting no one coz they deliver no one. It was a priority parcel, I need my modem today coz on Monday, the guy from internet is coming and will need it for connecting. They should say to the driver to go to do his job and not being paid for it. I talked to a manager that cannot do anything either, I mentionned the poor scoring they have on google reviews but no comment about except it will be investigated... So I asked about compensation for making me wase my time and also if I dont have my modem on Monday, I will have to pay an extra $99 for the internet worker to come back. The manager said I should see with the sender for compensation... What a joke. If its to be that bad please send it through the Australian post. Australia needs to have more competition in this sector to make close down this kind of providers

None of the delivery drivers actually do there job. I waited all day for my package saw a driver pull up at 9.45 he got out and dropped a pre written card in my letter box and drove off the driver wrote on the card that it was 11.30 so it was pre written he had no intention on coming to the door very disappointed due to me paying extra for quick delivery and it wasnā€™t even a big item. Suggest using DHL or Aus post because they actually do there job

If it were possible to be worse at a job, this company would do it. 17 days I've waited for an EXPRESS DELIVERY of my children's Christmas presents. 17 days in a row they have failed to deliver. Despite being told 5 times I was getting it delivered the next day. The problems I've had are unbelievable and I'm taking formal action against toll priority for they utter failure. I've tried every contact. All go to an Indian call centre. Customer service has no way of contacting the depot or their drivers to find my package. Drivers don't inform their customers at all when they are attempting delivery. And the one time I was informed the item was sent BACK at the end of the day anyway! Congratulations on being truly the worst company. Also check your emails. And please contact me to arrange my refund.

This is undoubtedly the worst courrier company in the whole world, I wish I could give negative stars. I've had the misfortune of having my ASOS delivery come through them a few times and it's always a disaster...I'm lucky if my parcel is dropped off at the News Agent 1 week after estimated delivery date. Each time I track my parcel it says out for delivery and I'm I'll be at home all day expecting it, but at the end of the day it says back in the depot, repeatedly!!! The customer service is totally useless and have no clue whats happening at the depot so no point calling them either. I don't know how a business can function in this manner...it's an absolute disgrace.

Absolutely appalling service. 1 star is too generous. No one to talk to in Australia . Oversea's call center has no idea what is happening on the ground. No one can communicate with delivery drivers. So if the driver feels like finishing early and not delivering, no one can chase the parcel.Waited all day and told that it would be delivered by 5pm. Then at 5pm Friday afternoon , they tell me someone will call me back . What a joke !

Not even worth 1 star, Their overseas customer service have no idea what they are doing, and every phone call is filled with empty promises. Their delivery driver didn't even knock on our door to deliver the package then took over a week of phone calls, following up and countless visits to the toll depot to finally sort the problem out. i was lied to by the customer service team on a number of occasions, even being told Toll Bankstown depot has closed down. I work alongside an offshore team and completely understand this in a business sense, however you need points of contact in Australia and a better system for processes. absolutely poor, and will never use toll again. complaints have also been submitted to the company i purchased my goods from recommending they stop using toll.

I wish I had the liberty to use a zero or negative feedback for this. Such a horrible experience from this Toll branch and the customer service. No coordination between them. I was forced to drive almost 150 kms for my passport delivery coupled with the attitude shown to me. Response of the person on the window (Shane): "Your passport has been taken by the delivery guy in his van to his house". Upon asking question, his response: " Mate, it happens. It's Friday". So, the most important document of anybody's life is treated like this. After 90 minutes of struggle, I get my passport with no sorry, regrets or remorse.
