Please, if you are listing business hours to be 9am - 5.30pm, it would be great from someone to be available to accept customers.

If there was a 0 star, it would be that. Waiting for am engine to arrive from Sydney. Driver left a note on the closed door & did not even walk 10 steps to the HUGE open door. Called the call centre & was told they would redeliver the next day. The exact same thing happened the next day. Called again and was told that the drivers do not have mobile phones on them so I have lost 2 days of work. Will never recommend them. Appalling service.šŸ¤¬šŸ˜”šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž

The only reason I have give Toll 1 star is because there is no option for ZERO STARS. Toll must be with out a doubt the most disgraceful freight company in Australia!!! The drivers are rude (when the choose to pick up) they handle parcels with no respect and customer service is non existent!!! What a useless bunch!!

As per usual Toll exceeds my expectations of the worse delivery service. I had some furniture items to be delivered. I get no estimated time of arrival on the day. Then they turn up and don't ring me to say they are here with a furniture delivery. They then leave without delivering the items. A simple phone call would have saved a redelivery time delay of 3-6 days.

Absolutely full of nothing but empty promises and lies! For the past 3 days (29/6/22-1/7/22), their tracking has stated my parcel is on board for delivery, and each afternoon it keeps reverting back to "in transit", showing that its scanned back into their depot every mid afternoon. When I called, they try telling me delivery was attempted each day around 12-1pm. Funny that, I was at home the past 2 days with my door wide open, no knocks or bells rang, and no calling card left. These incompetent goons need to be held accountable for their shonky business practices

Notification online says ā€œunable to access home/leave a cardā€ even though a card was previously left at said homeā€¦ā€¦.parcel in transit between my place and depot for more then a week. Have even been home when ā€œattempted deliveryā€. No truck in our entire street at any stage. Unclear if Iā€™ll ever get my parcel :( How is this legal???

Thank you for ruining my daughter's 4th birthday. I would give no stars but not possible. Bought a trampoline and it was supposed to be delivered to us here in Melbourne from Queensland. I ordered it in plenty of time because delays happen. Got notification on 30/04 delivery of all 9 boxes had been attempted but we weren't home so got the dreaded "sorry we missed you" card. Called on 02/05 to organise redelivery. Three of NINE boxes arrived on 03/05. Where are the other six? They all left Queensland together, and you tried to deliver all 9 the first time. I have since called daily, and even though redelivery has been arranged each day since 03/05 we still don't have the other six boxes. So now no trampoline for my daughter on her birthday, and no other presents. Good one, Toll.

Poor service. Ordered a parcel mid February, didn't arrive in Australia until April. When it got here, was kept in holding for over a week until I received a text from Toll saying it could not be delivered. Rang Toll to find out how I could collect it and they told me to drive out to the Melbourne Airport to pick it up (other side of city from where I am). Drove out to the airport location, went to customer collect and then was told I was sent to the wrong place and the parcel was being held in a depot in Dandenong instead, completely wasting an hour and a half of my time spent driving to the airport. Will not be using Toll again

Thanks for reorganizing of delivery and notifying about the delay. Customer service could have been better as it was hard to know when the item would be actually delivered as there was a delay of 3 days , perhaps not good comms between depot, customer service.

Is there any way to give negative stars and get direct interaction with Tolls management ? Worst customer service, worst operations teams service they sent my shipment from melbourne to gold coast which was actually supposed to be deliver in melbohrne only. After that since last 1 week i am trying all to get status of my shipment to get back. But toll team is not able to even update the status of shipment. Worst and pathetic service ever. DONT USE TOLL for your shipment .

It seems like it is a common thing about "the driver not able to access the house". My house... is an opened, no blocking, easily accessible house, not even a tree in front of my house. No card was left, no notification. The sender contacted me and asked me to call them. They said they have delivered to a depot and asked me to collect. I was in covid isolation so I told them I want a redelivery. They said to wait for 7 days and it will be automatically arranged for that. Waited for 3 weeks, thought to give them enough time to sort it out, still no parcel. I followed up with a reply that I collected it less than a week after my call, automatically closed my case. I replied, I am in isolation, how am I collecting it? Ignored... followed up with a call and they said "you did not follow up for a month". And it seems that that is the only thing the customer rep keep telling me when I was on the call. Eventually she said she will open it again and i will get a response 24 to 48 hours. Waited for 2 weeks now, followed up every day, no response. Feb 2022, Update on this, still did not get my parcel. Funny enough that they forwarded information from the shop about the collection without comment. Is like they are just a "human bridge" passing information. First the shop says is a pin sent to mobile. The record shows an incomplete mobile number and a column state "pin sent to mobile count=0". Then they said it was ID. The record shows the last 4 digits of ID was 9999. It is obvious the shop / the driver has taken the parcel. Yet the representative keep saying "we will investigate". I guess they need to hire FBI to point out the obvious. April 2022 update. I finally got my parcel, it just miraculously appeared after so many comments from them that I have collected it 6 months ago. Looks like the "me" from 6 months ago might have just found it somewhere in the corner of his truck.....

Before you order anything online, check if it being delivered by Toll, and if so, buy elsewhere. They been sitting on my package for nearly 6 weeks. They incorrectly processed it for pickup at collection rather than delivery, and now it's sitting somewhere in a warehouse, unable to be collected because of "lack of staff". Rather than just reprocess it for delivery they can't, because...who knows! Or maybe it's gone missing, who knows. Don't waste your time calling them for help or to complain, you will just get promised a response from a freight investigator who will send you a copy/paste email with no evidence of actually investigating anything. 1 star is being generous. Edited 4/1/22: after eventually admitting they had lost the parcel, Toll advised that if they found it, they would return it to the sender, who by now had sent me a replacement via another courier (in 2 days). And then, lo and behold, the original parcel turns up, and Toll attempt to deliver it to me not once (I rejected it), not twice ("send it back!"), but 3 times! The ineptitude is incredible. Ended up taking it just to end the saga and contacted the sender to sort it out. Toll, you are a joke

I actually buy from more expensive companies if I see a company using toll. This time just like every time, I get no choice and stuck with Toll they throw everything into bulk sorting and don't deliver for weeks. I actually look forward to the day this company goes under. Would give 0 stars if I could.
