Absolutely awful service from start to finish. Had to have work package back to Melbourne next day service, was paid for, driver didn't pick it up first time, didn't pick it up 2nd time either so had to take it into Gladstone myself and then lady at front desk wad a rude cow who wouldn't even discuss my issue and grabbed package and walked off. Clearly hasn't been trained in complaints or customer service. Very unprofessional

Talking to someone on the phone has been the most difficult task iv ever tried to complete. No local number and the hoops you have to jump on the call centre line are beyond a joke. No contact with drivers no contact with anyone. How this is a registered buisness is beyond me let alone functioning. Never again.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I purchased express overnight delivery for two products for my sites shut-down. I was informed that the packages would arrive the next morning, with the possible delay of the package arrive the same day tomorrow. The next morning I follow up on the package only to be informed that the parts are delayed due to issue with transit. The morning after that I was told the items were just picked up and due for delivery the next day. The morning after that I was told a delivery time of 5pm that day or tomorrow. When I talk to your staff about the problem and how each rep told me a different story, then got stunned and only said sorry. I expect your staff to immediately try to help as best as possible to expedite delivery. Can I ask, are your staff trained to handle difficult situations like this? Can they not help track the drivers of the parcel and inform the client of where the parts are up? Rather than tell me what I already know which i can get from your track and trace website?

Horrible experience with TNT Gladstone receptionist. I lodged a return request to apple online store and was given a return number (RMA6xxxxxxxx) to give to TNT so they can print the return label for me. So, I went to TNT (16 Blain Drive, Gladstone, 4680) gave them the (RMA6xxxxxxxx) and the lady who I spoke to (blonde receptionist) was so rude and shut me off immediately by saying ' I can't accept it because you don't have the paperwork and blah blah blah, shouting to the top of her lungs....' She didn't even bother to call TNT call centre and ask what's happening. To the receptionist, I spoke to I think you don't deserve to be working there because you don't embody the values that TNT stands for which is customer relationship: "At TNT, we understand that the quality of the relationship with your customers is as important as the delivery of the shipment as promised." TNT I believe you need to train your employees on customer service. I would rather deal with pack and send company.

TNT Airfreight sent to a Hotel with instructions delivery indicated card left, no card left at reception as indicated, advise TNT 10 minutes after receiving notification, indicated they would get the driver to turn around, crickets..... depending on Gladstone TNT is a huge risk for urgent items.
