This is more of a courtesy message for the delivery drivers... I have been using star track for 5 months now since living in Kalgoorlie and only had one problem with them just recently, I had my package supposedly delivered to my address and had an email notification stating that it arrived safely. I had looked for it everywhere out the front of my house and was no where to be seen, thank fully the neighbor had received it and was reliable enough to bring it over... Just PLEASE CHECK the correct address delivery drivers. Thank you !

Very Rude lady closed the window on me while i was sorting out an address problem. the parcel was from my sister who i was speaking to the phone. DISGUSTING SERVICE for such a huge company Address, and sender name problem is common in logistics business so why act like its the first time they had such problem? OVERALL VERY RUDE!!!!

Very unhelpful staff, it's now going to take over a week to pick up a package just because they won't release it without a mailed, not email, snail mail, approval by my boss who is on holiday even though I have the docket and photo id, and verbal direction to pick it up, they even spoke to him on the phone.... ludicrous

Not happy parcel was apparently delivered 5 days ago but I never received it. When I called to see what happened I was told that people follow there vans and steal parcels and he is sorry but I'm not the first person to call today regards a missing parcel. If people follow there vans to steal parcels then why would you leave it out the front when no one is home. May as well just hand it to the theives if your not going to do the right thing and take it back to the depot.

Not everyone can pick Monday to Friday. This business needs to be open at least Saturday morning, or call people before they make a delivery so that arrangements can be made. Frustrating :(
