It is physically impossible to vote less than 1 star or I would have. If you’re looking for a job with toll my recommendation is don’t. They’re the most incompetent labour hire agency I’ve ever seen a good example of this it once took 3 weeks of me calling to get onto my consultant to report grossly inappropriate things in the workplace. When you do get onto them they will do nothing for you, they will lie to you non stop, deliberately give you the wrong information regarding pays. To them you’re nothing but a number for them to make money off. Save yourself the trouble

They do not try to deliver instead leave a card telling you come and pick up your item

I received several messages stating my package is awaiting pickup at one of your locations. Fair enough, I go there to collect it, only for them to tell me the courier has picked it up again 1hr ago. Why was I not informed? and why did you pick it up when it is telling me it is there.....such a hassle..... Not even a text message. Your tracker is unreliable it states that it is still there, but that is clearly not the case. I track all the way there, and it is not there. Finally they re-delivered it later in the day, but it was still a waste of time. Unbelievable

came here to put a bad review thinking this company would of had at least 4 stars rating... If you care about your customers stay away from this company. i was at the premises, but they left "we miss you card" anyways. so i call up on Thursday morning for next day delivery. waiting Friday all day for my parcel so i can give the vehicle back to the customer. call up at 4:30 pm asking where my parcel was at, it turns out wasn't even on there system to be redelivered. so it will get delivered on Monday. What a JOKE!!

If I could give less stars I would. Honestly could not be more fed up with delivery people how hard is it to knock or ring the door bell. been waiting 2 weeks and all you had to do was bloody knock and do your job! What's the point of online shopping or paying for postage when you guys cant deliver. I swear you lot have these "sorry I missed you" cards on hand so you don't have to bother with customers. Bloody pathetic thanks for ruining my day! 🤬
