No advance warning of delivery other than see you between8am and 6Pm. I watched them turn up and attempt delivery on security cam. Had to visit the depot the following day. Why not just leave it at the depot and send a text advising it's there. An alternative company called me 30 minutes before delivery, allowing me to get home, collect the package and get on with the day. Toll. Yes they've taken a toll on my life!
