I have never wanted to see a company fail more in my life than star track. Delivers a package whilst no one is home on a business day, no option to redeliver or redirect to my address - Only option is to drive 45 minutes to their designated pickup depot on a weekday during business hours. I will donate to charity the day this company goes bankrupt.

Is has become a normal practice for them not to attempt to deliver to the address at all. Instead they just dump your parcels at the post office without leaving any notes. You can just hope that the tracking gets updated properly and you get notified somehow that it is waiting. My very important parcels just got returned to the sender because of that wasting almost a month of wait time.

Nonsensical system. I purchased something online to make it easier for myself and to not require me to go to Westfield. I paid for the express delivery. Not only the "express" delivery took nearly 10 days, on the day of delivery, when I was at home, I received no phonecall, no text, no email or anything else to notify me of the delivery coming so I could open the gate... Instead, the driver just popped a card in my mailbox that instructed me to go to Darra (a nearly 2 hour turnaround trip) to pick up my parcel. When I got there a few days later and questioned how come the parcel couldn't be left at my local post office that is 500 meters away, I was pointed to a sign that mentioned the need for a large warehouse to store larger parcels. My parcel was tiny. And the cost of picking it up was not worth what the actual goods inside it cost... not to mention, it would have been easier for me to just go to the shops and pick up the items myself... Horrible experience.

When you hear the package dropped on the front step but no knock on the door (I was sitting 3 meters inside the front door) and saw the driver getting into his van. I also requested if not at home to leave under the stairs but instead it's in full view on our porch on a main road. Pathetic

A parcel was sent to me with premium delivery option and I received a text message yesterday that the delivery is scheduled for 1/7/21. Currently being in the lock down in Brisbane I was happy that I will be able to get my parcel hassle free and left the front door open to make sure I am not going to miss the delivery. Around 4pm I was getting worried about the delivery and tracked my delivery only to find out that the status of it has changed to unsuccessful delivery at 13:43 (attached Screenshot). When I called Star track I was told that no one was at home when the delivery arrived! So they have left a card to go to post office. Surprisingly no card was left too! And when I said that to star track I was told maybe they have tried to deliver to a wrong address possibly a neighbour!

Didn't leave item as instructed. Left a card with no instruction on when pick up is available. Very challenging to speak to a consultant. Don't observe 'safe drop' settings set up by AUS Post despite being listed as trusted partner. Late and non Covid safe deliver service, operating on pre 2020 service. I'd try elsewhere if I were you.

Worst company for delivery services. They do not respond when calling; simply waste customers time. They did not notify me on delivery of my order at all and so it was returned and until now I have not received my order or got any notification regarding my order from them and it's almost 2 months! This is absolutely the worst company for delivery.

I rang them, they said it will be delivered by the end of the day and still nothing, never bothered to call me or message me to notify me. I give these guys a big fat 0 if I can. My package was damaged during delivery and instead of delivering it to me to deal with the damage they just sent it back to the store I bought the item from. Without telling the store or myself. We both had no idea why my item was just sitting there; turns out they used a different tracking number to return it unbeknownst to anyone but StarTrack. If companies want decent and reliable couriers avoid StarTrack PLEASE!

Dear Star Track drivers, Why all of yours have to be lazy ? It's not first and I am pretty sure it won't be the last. I have left a big note Infront of my door. It's very easy to ring the bell or hit the door as much as you can. We keep the doors closed because inside air-conditioned. Why do you think we are not at home and left the paper suddenly. Just read the note and knock the door. It's that easy. No Given Star for Star Track if possible !..

I had one order from the same shop going to the same address sent in 3 separate packages days apart (even after paying express shipping) They never actually attempt delivery for any of the packages. They just pop a card in the mailbox and call it a day instead of doing their job and actually attempting delivery. Not acceptable and a real inconvenience Hire staff that arent completely useless

Terrible company. Don't ever use Star Track. I had a package due for delivery Friday December 29th. Got the notification that it was due for delivery that day. Package never arrived. I inquired that afternoon and was told the driver attempted delivery, but the business was closed. This is untrue, as my business was open, with me present, the entire day. Doors were open, sign saying 'open' was up. Neither myself or the other worker there even saw a Star Track driver the entire day. The driver was too lazy to delivery and lied to the company. So I complained Friday afternoon, they told me it was too late to get it out that day, but it would be out Tuesday. Tuesday I get a call from Star Track, saying they've contacted the depot and will let me know when the hear back from the depot. 5 hours later get a voicemail from Star Track saying that my package is now due for delivery tomorrow (Wednesday). I called them back and spent half an hour on the phone talking to three different people, none of whom were willing to do anything to actually help me get my package on the day, which was already four days late. The service I received at all times was nothing short of pathetic. Star Track seem completely uninterested in actually delivering products to customers, which is their entire business. Speaking to the different levels of management, I received nothing but 'Well, we can't do that' or 'There's nothing we can do about that' - even when I offered them suggestions to help them solve the problem. Their issue was that they had no drivers available to delivery my package, so I suggested they call a taxi to their depot where my package was, place the package in the taxi (it's not large) and direct them to my business. They said, once again, that they couldn't do this, which is a lie, as everyone is allowed to use taxis. What they meant is the WON'T do that - despite them stuffing up twice and being unable to perform the very simple task their company is built on, they were completely unwilling to do ANYTHING to actually help me get my package on the day. It's a 16km cab trip from their depot to my business, their noncooperation and unwillingness to fix the mistakes their own employees had made was absolutely pitiful. I honestly have trouble understanding how a company this poorly managed at all levels still exists. Reading the other reviews on here it's obvious my case is not abnormal. Has anyone actually had a packaged delivered by Star Track? Just one delivery that goes smoothly at ANY level? Star Track gives absolutely ZERO f***s about their customers, customer service, or even delivering packages. They actively go out of their way to lie to you.

If could give 0 star i would. Waited home all day for delivery that the tracker said delivered 5 times called to checked said delivered the day said. An nothing at all so wasted a whole dam day. Terrible service, terrible customer service all round just the worst to deal with.
