A name change has not helped this company, the driver never rang the intercom at our gate, I found the card in my letterbox. There is nothing convenient or helpful about this company. The simple fact you canāt even talk to a person is evidence of this companyās lack of willingness to offer any kind of service be it good or otherwise. They simply donāt care! Do not use this company!!! Is the best advice I can give anyone. PS: Iām only leaving 1 star as thatās the only way I can leave a review, Aramex do not deserve 1 star!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. Lazy drivers who cannot be bothered leaving your parcel in a safe place if you are not home to sign. I ended up canceling my purchase because these clowns could not deliver after several attempts. They were too lazy to get the parcel out of the van. Use any courier service except for them.

Not the best courier. Failed delivery, rescheduled twice - doorbell wasnāt even rung, and the only way to talk to someone about your delivery is via online chat who I had to wait for almost an hour to get a response from and isnāt very helpful and canāt wait to end the chat when Iāve not even confirmed Iāve had all the help I need.
Ended up driving all the way to the depot to pick up my parcel - fortunately it was a quick and easy in and out job to pick it up. But wow because of all above took me a month just to get my parcel!

Again like other reviews. I ordered from NZ and Aramax have used Fastways to deliver.
It claims their delivery driver couldn't deliver.
I think their delivery drivers are messing about and pretending to deliver parcels.
As I've been home with an injury for 8 months and can't leave the house, and I've had many parcels arrive, they never attempted to deliver my parcel at all, or even leave at nearest depot for collection..
Fast ways drivers don't seem to be doing their jobs..
Service team however is helpful, but can only really send emails and request another delivery.

Company is a joke, extremely poor hours of pickup and no direct phone number to contact regarding parcel enquirers, all done via their website which is awful and loops you back around time and time again.
Email customer service only to be referred back to website and rejoin the same loop.
Card left in mailbox has no information on it for sender or recipient. Laziest courier company and most unhelpful staff members Iāve encountered.
Completely not worth giving anything to this company. Look elsewhere and save the headaches

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this courier service. I placed an order and received a notification that it was delivered on April 20th, 2023 at 11 am. However, the package never arrived. I tried to contact the courier service multiple times via their online platform and phone calls, but I never received any response. This left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.
The package contained important items, and the fact that it was never delivered despite the service's confirmation of delivery is unacceptable. I provided specific delivery instructions, and those were not followed.
It was extremely frustrating to not receive any response from their customer service. I was unable to get any answers or assistance from the service, and it was extremely disappointing to see a lack of responsibility and accountability from them.
I would not recommend using this courier service until they improve their communication and customer service. Customers deserve to have their packages delivered on time and in a timely manner, and to receive prompt and efficient customer service if any issues arise.

I canāt even give them a 1 star. This is my first ever google review but this is completely warranted. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY RETAILER THAT USES THEM AS A DELIVERY SERVICE. Waited over 6 weeks for my delivery and was IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone to contact or speak to. When I did it took 5 phone calls and to choose an option to speak to someone about ābecoming a franchise ownerā for someone to just answer my call. When they did answer they would not give any update only to report to ops and advise someone would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours, 3 phone calls again as I did not receive ANY communication back AT ALL! When I asked to hold so I could speak with a manager I was told no as they have other customers and was hung up on after I was put on mute and laughed at by the agent. Then to receive a short worded email to advise they had lost my package. All I wanted and asked for was honesty and some service and help with my enquiry.
Do not bother at all as you will be wasting your time. Stay clear completely.

They say they have been, when they haven't. (My office door is right next to the driveway & we have a video of the area)
They say they've left a calling card, when again they hadn't.
You can't contact them (except for WhatsApp, which they don't respond to).
It is the bottom of the barrel delivery "service".

Similar story as the other reviews. Did some online shopping, company used Aramex, the whole experience was such a mess-around that when the package finally arrived it had been so long that Iād forgotten about it.
I just canāt work out why companies use these hopeless couriers. Might be cheaper in the short-term but it canāt be worth the business they lose in the long run š¤·āāļø

Absolutely appalling! Itās impossible to contact this company by phone. Their outdated excuse for not being available is Covid.
The delivery driver is completely incompetent & put my parcel on top of our small letterbox, he had specifically been directed to deliver it to the house.
My house is over 1 kilometre from the letterbox. The letterbox is on a busy road in a semi rural area on the Mornington Peninsula. It is an absolute miracle that I got to it before it was stolen. This pathetic behaviour shows a complete disregard & lack of responsibility towards your customers.
Please advise the driver to lift his game and behave like a professional in future. He is letting your company down , but judging from other reviews, this below par lack of decent service seems to be condoned.

No way of tracking a parcel (tracking page just says delayed with no further information) No customer care available to speak to (IVR basically says don't bother coming through to an agent, they won't be able to update you on your delivery) and their option of WhatsApp chat is pretty much irrelevant, as it's been 5 days since I have messaged them, with no reply. I don't know how any reputable retailer still uses Aramex, personally, I will no longer shop with any retailer who does, as I am not prepared to wait weeks to receive my parcel, or even wait weeks to try and receive a response from anybody regarding it's status.

This is what I had to resort to today in an attempt to arrange an "Authorisation to Leave" instruction for my parcel. It's a very simple request yet I've spent the last hour trying to connect to their "customer service" portals via WhatsApp and We Chat and both don't work. The submit query takes 2 business days - so useless in this instance. This is a perfect display of a big corporation taking shortcuts when it comes to customer service just to save a few bucks. I know my makeshift request may not work but that's the only option I have but it's more than what they've done. Absolutely useless.
My delivery was supposed to be delivered on 26th May, and guess what, NO ONE CAME!!! 1 star is too much for them

I would leave zero stars if I had the option and without hesitation.
They tried to deliver a parcel 17 times to our place of business and NEVER left a calling card, or sent a text or email!
They are an absolute joke!
We have never experienced such a useless courier, EVER!
Our parcel has now been returned back to the USA....or disposed of, probably.
We have to deal with the supplier again to resolve this issue.
We have strongly advised they never use this company again.
