I had purchased an item secondhand from Gumtree and was advised that the closest courier company was FEDEX or TNT. Both companies advised that it would take at least 24 hours to set up an account. I also tried Direct Fright Express who also failed. I then contacted Aramex Port Macquarie who easily looked after my requirements and in no time we had sorted a drop off of the item, a quick invoice and before you know it, the item was shipped to my location. It has been just over 24 hours now, I have the item and I'm just now getting emails from FEDEX and TNT stating they have approved my account and that with a bit more paperwork, they can potentially handle my consignment (a small box that would fit in the boot of a small car). Thank you ARAMEX Port Macquarie for your friendly advice, swift action and superior customer service Five stars.
