A priority parcel should delivered before 1Dec, I have to pickup it at 8 Dec at the depot because the negativity delivery experience, please stay away from toll service when you shopping online like AMAZON, JBHIFIā€¦ Staff at the depot were friendly and effective.

The senders sent my parcels using this company, no choice to avoid it. I will pay extra money for the online stores where use other delivery companies next time. Quick delivery. It would be a very good idea to give people appointment time slots, so they donā€™t miss their delivery. Everyone is busy nowadays and has their own jobs to do as well. It was very hard to understand girls on the phone. Can be improved by speaking slower and clear.

If I could give 0 I would as this is the worst company ever. Delivery driver did not knock on my door and my son waited in all day . The driver came to door did not knock and just left a card for me to collect. I have a camera on my door and it clearly shows he did not even knock on the door. Called customer service and they then tell me that I need to get in touch with the sender !!!!!!! Really????? How about re-deliver it like you were paid to do first time around šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

Terrible. This company are appropriately named as dealing with them really does take its 'Toll' on your patience. They'll kindly send you a message on the day your parcel is loaded for delivery however unfortunately the delivery drivers prefer to write a card to put in letterbox than the hassle of knocking on a door and actually delivering the parcel. Then they take the parcel back to the depot and you need to go on a wild 'Goose' chase to figure out how to get it redelivered. Then once arranging this be told it must be collected from a depot. Then being told by the customer service operator that until you agree to pick it up from depot they won't tell you where the depot is. Unfortunately, this company clearly does not want to do what it is paid to do which to my understanding was to DELIVER parcels. They prefer to keep parcel at depot for your inconvenience. Please ensure when dealing with this company that you are adequately prepared to waste a lot of time organising the collection of your parcel. Please do not expect to receive a timely delivery. Alternatively, please wait out the front of your house to intercept the parcel.

They won't leave a parcel if you're not home to sign for it. Even if you say they can leave it. Then they take your parcel back to the airport depot or to a pack and send. Just painful. I feel sorry for the people who work there.

28 hours to even start to get processed at the facility on my next day delivery. There's a vague message of "road transport will take an extra day" but considering mine is air freight I fail to see how that's relevant. Still better than Aramex, but using covid as an excuse in 2022 is wearing thin, either pull the overnight service or change the name as when I pay for next day guaranteed, I expect next day guaranteed.

I've order a pre ordered product and there was a set date for it to be delivered and it says it is at the Adelaide depot. I then go to order something else from the same place and I have already received the item. Now I'm still waiting for items. Man its pretty ridiculous I've called each day since and they always keep saying tomorrow. I finally get in touch with the dispatch office yesterday and they tell me to call today and bang what happens apparently the delivery driver is not in and I've been told most drivers are just having days off and a lot of suburbs are experiencing this. Well they wouldn't be if they just did their jobs correctly. I honestly liked and got my deliveries on time or even a day late no problem. Now it's just a back and fourth hassle. Come on Toll. Do better. This is ridiculous.

Worth delivery service ever!!They never knock on my door when theyā€™re delivering my parcel and just left the note to pick it up at the ā€˜toll depotā€™ it doesnā€™t say there. I have to google it and itā€™s in the airport. When i got in the airport they said itā€™s in dry creek and it closes at 5pm. I have to drive so far to get there, got there at 4pm and they said they closes at 4pm. No sorry or whatsoever. Too much trouble. Not worth it

But it was something i needed for a Ball I was attending . Now I will not be attending. As I dont have a fairy good mother to magically make a dress appear. I will be taking this further.

Asked to deliver at depot near my home after I missed their delivery (took ages to get through on phone) and then it's still at Adelaide Airport. (I hope.) Time wasting and incompetent.

Pretty bad communication with this mob i ring up to have the items delivered to a pick up place was told the driver was contacted and my request would be done. But oh no that hasnt happened at all so i ring up on my day off to find out if it will be there to be collected yes it should be there today so i drive to 3 different newsagent's and no its at none of them but upon me checking tracking details it still says its in the depot so i ring yesterday to request it to be delivered to my house today i have been checked the tracking and it is still at the depot it is the same state i could of picked up from.the store but thought postage was cheaper then the price of diesel to drive there. It is now wed after 1pm and still no update after many calls and getting the depot num they dont answer ether and it is on the other side of the city to pick up it will amost cost half the price of the item in fuel to pick. So toll get ypur act together you should make it easier to contact your drivers visa versa so this doesnt happen again and i have been trying to get my item since contacting toll mon afternoon and the driver has not even looked at what to do or my item been put out for redelivery or even to a pick up point. Yes i am very upset at the moment because it has taken me wasting two days one driving to pick it up and the other staying at home all day waiting for my item. Get onto this isnt that why you have a complaints system etc the situation is the way of comicating with the drivers and the depot and communications centre there needs to be better investigations to make a better system because this one isnt doing very well.

Everyone elseā€™s reviews are spot on. Having missed a delivery I didnā€™t even know was coming and being left a card, I arranged pickup from the airport depot and was told to await SMS confirming a pick-up slot ā€˜within 24hrsā€™. 24hrs went by without any communication from Toll so I chose to drive out to the airport anyway. Luckily I was able to collect my parcel with the card. Not at all priority or convenient, but there you goā€¦ The staff at the warehouse were kind and helpful though.

Messed up my address so they couldn't deliver a very very expensive item which they are now holding ransom at the depot because they won't give me a text/email for when to come and pick it up. This is getting ridiculous, I can't believe trying the most convenient method after they completely screwed everything up is not so convenient after all considering they don't seem to care about the mass of similar complaints found here.

Then got an email at 9:30pm saying unable to deliver was home all day no card nothing left no one even attempted to delivery my parcel. Now have to wait to try and ring customer service to try and get my parcel re delivered. I have a security gate code at the end of my street and toll didnā€™t even bother to ring but till have delivered here before and got in the gates not impressed at all

I am beyond done with this company. They will not return my $2000 laptop which is still at Adelaide airport since 2nd November 2021. They also have a $700 case of my wine at Melbourne airport since 24th October 2021, again no answer, non responsive, just ignoring me. Please do not use toll, its now in the hands of the ombudsman office. Poor form toll, being an account holder we are taking our business elsewhere. I worked out, in total, Ive wasted 9 hours on the phone to people who cannot help me! No stars!

Driver updated that no one was home and card was left. No card, and no one came. Parcel was left at safe location which was a landscaping business? Zero accountability, it's clear there's the driver can do as they feel.

When I phoned customer service they said they would arrange delivery the next day, still waiting. Phoned again requesting that I collect it. Still waiting for confirmation on that. I suggested that they sub contract another delivery company to pick up my parcel and deliver it, was told they werenā€™t allowed to do that, I stated it would be pretty embarrassing for a delivery company to have to arrange another delivery company to do their job. Absolutely the worst courier around.. Driver stated we weren't home and couldn't deliver. Yet we were home, he left no card, so I know he didn't even attempt to deliver. Phoned toll was told it was put on an alert for urgent delivery next day. Same again. Received an email stating was unable to deliver 9 hours before he said he tried to deliver. Didn't leave a card. He didn't even attempt to deliver. This went on for several days of myself calling each time. I threatened courier ombudsman's, finally delivered next day. He didn't even knock. Just dropped the parcel and ran. Now my partner is experiencing the exact same issue. Day 8. I dread ordering anything online now if their courier is toll.

I avoid dealing with TOLL if at all possible. But unfortunately something I purchased unknowingly ended up with TOLL. So now my package is held by ransom at their Adelaide Airport Depot. You can't ring the depot, you can't go to the depot until they've sent you a txt that says you can. Even though I've been told by phone and call centre that my parcel is there. The Depot is in a place only convenient to pretty much no one. It should not be so difficult to get a parcel. Dumb system

Driver left a card when I was at home instead of knocking at the door. I went online to reschedule delivery for a day when I'm home. That day has come and the tracking info states they're waiting for my input. Try to customer service and selecting the "sorry we missed you" option just terminates the call. I must remember to not by products online from businesses that use Toll as their delivery service. It is frustrating experience every time.
