I am currently on whatsqpp trying to get something redirected back to supplier. The chatbot states a friendly customer service person will be with me shortly. After one hour 15 minutes I am still waiting on them to read and respond to my message. Furious.

Tried to deliver my package to a neighbour, the neighbour told them they had the wrong address, told them where the right house was, they marked the package as delivered and drove away. calls, emails, messenger messages and it finally gets delivered… to the wrong address again. No apology simply told “focus on the fact that we found it”.

They never deliver our parcels to our house because apparently we are outside their service area. Even though our house is only 1.7km from their depot. They leave the parcels at the newsagents 4.7km from their depot instead and make you go and pick it up. Just lazy.
