Aramex has been great since I started sending with them a year ago. They are always on time and don’t charge any where near TNT who I was with for the last 20 years. I’m spewing I didn’t try them earlier. I would have saved a lot of money.

Have tried multiple times to get in contact with ANYONE to find out about a parcel with no luck. The seller uses various companies depending on size and our other parcel (different company) arrived within a week and the driver was lovely and helpful. The best I got so far from the Aramex call centre (which is where the Geelong number takes you) was that they couldn't tell me anything other than what the tracking says and they will contact the Geelong centre to get in contact with me. Still waiting.

Utterly appalling company to deal with. Had a shipment literally stolen in transit. Telephone operator can’t process an investigation request and directs to “chat” on Whatsapp - which is unavailable, or “lodge an online enquiry” Lodged an enquiry. No response, let-alone action. For a shipment that was stolen whilst in Aramex custody and reported immediately!!! Says it all really.

Absolutely shocking, for the third time a package held up for over a week by Aramex locally with no updates or direct contact. The latest package took less time to cross America and get to Australia before is disappeared into the Aramex black hole only a few km away. And they can't even confirm if it's been lost or not. I already contacted Aramex for support with the phone call result of simply being advised that parcels into Geelong could be held up there for up to 2 weeks... and the query was closed!! Now I'm advised to start another chat??? And the system prevents me doing that because "a ticket has already been opened" on that tracking number. Unbelievably inept. At day 11 with no update, and out of frustration we drive across town to the depot. We are finally able to confirm the package is there....but it is in a cage that no-one there is able to access. And apparently the local driver has "been away for a few days". (11?) So close but no joy, so return home and the issue keeps rolling on...

If you like mysteries and thrillers, this company can provide the same feeling. I hope they're not being used for my next order.

“Tracking” number does not track the parcel. After two weeks in their system, the parcel has only been scanned once. It shows on route to ‘City’ for delivery. Any other courier company after two weeks you would have scanning evidence that the parcel has actually moved. They clearly do not know the definition!!! Tracking number: A tracking number is a specific number assigned to each parcel just before being shipped. This number works as a unique ID code and allows people to follow and track their package from the departure (warehouse, storage center…) to depots in between and to the final destination it is supposed to reach. The international call centre and online live chat were completely useless, they could not provide a estimate location or an estimated delivery date. I dropped into the warehouse/depot, they could not locate the parcel either. Finally, I managed to call the depot of origin, they could at least inform me the parcel was awaiting delivery in Geelong. Which it finally appeared on my door two days later. Tracking details shows “On route to Geelong for delivery” and 26 days later “Delivered” I would give lower than One Star, but there was no option for Zero Stars.

I got an email saying it was to be delivered 16 march only to read on that you can not deliver. I contacted the Vet She'd and complained. That package had puppy formula and food as the mother was unable to feed her 5 pups. I had to go to Pet Stock to by these items. My package turned up 10 days later. Not required now too late. I should of picked Australia Post to deliver at least they are reliable . Cannot recommend your services

I thought my parcel was lost, the call centre couldn't tell me where it was, but said it was at Geelong depot, but lost in transit, but said we couldn't pick it up from the depot. I decided to go today to the depot and I'm glad I did, the team were absolutely fantastic!! Digging through cages to find my parcel and not a single question asked when I said it was for my wedding on Saturday, and was supposed to be delivered to me on the 19th. Fantastic crew and I'm sorry they cop so much flack from a call centre that's based overseas. Thanks guys! ✌️

If I could give a zero I would! This is the second delivery from Aramex I have (supposed to receive). Their delivery service is non existent. I have a parcel that has been sitting with them for over a week. I rang to ask why it is seven days and it hasn’t moved. It is supposed to (according to their tracking) be in their Geelong depot. The person on the phone said that while they had the paperwork, they didn’t have the package! Whilst I was trying to ask where the package was, the lady on the phone told me to simply wait for the delivery to arrive and hung up on me! This was very similar to the last delivery this company was making to my address…it took many weeks for it to travel 1.5 hours drive to my door! If they were willing to tell me where my parcel was at what depot, I could go and get it myself…but they don’t communicate and as stated above, they hang up! No company should use Aramex to deliver their products. Aramex is the worst of the worst.

Absolutely useless company and customer service! The tracking number means nothing and your parcel will show an ETA that's not accurate at all, and when you ring they agree the tracking number is not accurate and can not tell you when your parcel will be delivered. That's why people pay for tracking numbers! Previous parcel deliveries from them my security cameras have caught have shown drivers dump parcels in unsafe places and don't ring the doorbell to even let you know a parcel's there, shocking service all round. I can see I'm not the only one with these issues from all the other negative reviews, and it's such a shame some retailers insist on using aramex so I have no choice but to put up with their terrible delivery service.

Service is getting worse and worse! Last time I was able to actually speak to the Geelong depot directly and she went and found package and had it delivered the very next day!! Now when you call you get a random centre who provides you with no more information than what you can already see online.. Packages are arriving quicker from overseas than Aramex!!

I shop online on a regular basis and Aramex has proved to be unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely slow, time and time again!! They rarely update their tracking details and rarely respond to emails. They just drop your parcels and run, without even having the courtesy to ring your doorbell which would only take a split second longer! A parcel that takes two days to arrive with Startrek(brilliant service by the way), takes over two weeks with Aramex. Cannot stress enough, especially if you own a business and do not want to lose your customers, DO NOT use Aramex!!!!!.

Completely useless company, judging by the rest of the poor reviews you have to wonder how Aramex are even still in business. Took just over 2 weeks for a package to come up to Brisbane from this depot. Contacted them via email and their useless call center and neither could tell us where it was or why it was taking so long during that time, only thing to be thankful for is the item didn't arrive broken, which wouldn't have surprised me in the least if that happened. It's no wonder you lot changed your name from Fastway to Aramex, you're certainly not a fast way to ship things. Edit: You guys obviously don't take any feedback in to consideration, if you did, you wouldn't be rated as low as you are.

WOEFUL service, zero stars!! I have been trying to get a large item redelivered. There was no notice the item was being delivered in November and a pick up slip left for me to pick up myself. My car is not big enough to pick up item. It is impossible to get a hold of the Geelong depot, I have called the help line multiple times and told the item will be redelivered also with a confirmation email only to have zero follow up!! Every time I call I have to talk through the same issues again. The online chat assistance is also just a robot that can only provide status updates once you enter a tracking number.

Every single parcel that gets sent to me has shocking delays no matter the time of year. It affects my business waiting weeks for stock to turn up. You never get a call back after submitting an enquiry or calling the depot and I don't even know why they bother having a 'tracking' page when it's never updated. No answers, just excuses... worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. Steer clear or prepare to wait weeks.

This is the worst couriers, they don't deliver to our road now and also don't ring you when they have a package waiting to be picked up. Have sent packages back to companies you have purchased from, without any contact prior to them doing it. This hasn't happened once but several times. We tell companies not to use them, but sometimes it still goes that way.

Absolutely disgraceful service and speed. A wet lettuce would be faster than Aramex. Every single parcel that has shipped using Aramex has taken 3 times longer than Australia post. I have one item which was "Picked up" 10 days ago and hasn't moved or had any updates since then. Some of the worst delivery times I have ever experienced. One star out of 5 is being too kind.

Absolutely useless. Have contacted this company 3 times to arrange pick up, we are 10 minute drive to warehouse and asked if they could let us know when they find our order! They can't even locate our order in their warehouse, go figure that one out given we are in the age of modern technology. The supplier needs to change courier companies that are up to speed. Would not recommend using this company.
