Had to go from Warnbro to collect mail from their depot , as courier left notice , instead of pressing door bell and deliver in person. Very unfriendly, rude and argumentative staff at desk ,when I passed complaint to their manager on site. Horrible experience.

Poor open hours, open 9am to 4pm & not open weekends , need to take a day off work just to collect your items, for this reason I would not recommend, staff are friendly & helpful though

Pick-up has always been a painless experience. Parking can be a struggle sometimes, but no real complaints.

The staff are very friendly and helpful but... When we make online purchases we already paid for delivery only to still have to drive to a Toll pick up location to pick up your parcel because a signature is required and not allowed to leave the package in a safe place without a signature. Your office hours are Monday -Friday 09:00 - 16:00 and you are closed on weekends? These are not customer friendly hours. I know you can do better than that.
