This company is a joke. I was at home all day,no one came and they sent me an email saying that delivery attempted but unable to deliver? And they will take it to the collection point. Listen PAID for the delivery fee I don’t have time to go all the way to the collection point? I called them to get my parcel at the pickup point and now they are saying that it’s in brisbane airport what a joke

Two weeks late, delivery driver rings, I answer under five seconds, and I say hello? hello, can I help you? The sound of someone breathing heavily reminds me of a teen slasher film, but they don't respond. Instead, he presses other buttons randomly. At this point, three units are repeatedly saying hello. Eventually, he leaves and leaves a card for each of us to collect from the toll center when one of the units does not own a car. Having wasted a whole day, we call the toll center who apologizes for the delay, books it for the next day, but it does not arrive. We call again, but the same thing happens. TOLL, I would give you a -5-star rating if I could. You have to figure out why your delivery drivers just run off with packages without delivering. Are they still paid for delivering the cards? And do they get paid again for delivering subsequent packages? What do you think of this business model? Make sure your contractors can cheat you of your money, that your clients are ripped off and goes elsewhere, and your customer service department is trained to lie through their teeth. Good Job!

Rudest toll man ever. Complained that I wouldn't open the door when I didn't hear him banging the door because I live on the other side of the house and even though I explained that the door bell didn't work I told him to curb the attitude and he threatened to take the package back while I was still holding it and then he grabbed my hand and yanked it, ripping my package. I told him don't touch me. He said I should be grateful like it wasn't his job to deliver the package? Never want him delivering my packages anymore because I don't trust this man to give me my package. However I thank Nat at the Toll for helping me with my experience. She was completely understanding <3

Appalling service. Simple online delivery held at depot for 4 weeks, multiple attempts to get redelivered, followed by me giving up and making 2 attempts to get item sent to collection centre. No joy with that either - apparently (according to their overseas call centre) takes 48 hours for them to action. Contrast with DHL who had my product available for pickup with 5 minutes of me asking. Suggest if you don't have the infrastructure for online retail deliveries, stick to your freight business and let others do the online shopping work.

No attempt made to deliver yes my property has CCTV ... Toll driver ran to my letter box leaving his van door open quickly shoving the pre filled out card into my letter box. Then rocketing off diwn my street..... Yes very annoying as this delivery was my rare valuable records . I can just imagine they will be destroyed like my last delivery that sender had to claim against Toll.. What sort a business model ? Garbage collection is more reliable!

What a horrible experience. They failed to deliver my package then said they can’t find it because it was still on board with the driver. 4 phone calls later they still can’t tell me where it is. Each time saying they’re I’ll call me back then I receive nothing. Horrible.

Waiting for my delivery for 1 month since my parcel with Toll, the driver never let me know he has arrived, then send my stuff back to depot, back forward everyday， 1 month！Within 3km！Never get the thinv done！I haven't received my parcel yet， maybe one more month waiting……Rubbish
