Hands down the worst delivery company I have ever used in my life. Useless staff and useless delivery guys. Firstly my 2 packages I ordered had estimated delivery date of the 6th Jan. Once the 6th come and no parcels I called to change my address and you guys said it would take 48 hours to change and update and I accepted it and happy to wait a further few days for delivery. Then the friday comes and you delivered it to my old address so I had to get a uber from there with the huge parcel (TV) to my new address which cost 50$ Only one parcel came. Next I call them and ask where my 2nd parcel was and you said it would be delivered in a few days at MY NEW ADDRESS! 12th jan and you guys sent it to my old address after confirming my new address on the phone and via email and still send the parcel to my old address! Attempted delivery! No one home? Yes because I gave you my new address now 3 times!! Then today I get a phone call saying my parcel has arrived! Where you? You at my old address yet again!! Even after I called and confirmed the new address and confirmation on my email and you still send it to my old address!!! I had to get the delivery driver to send it my work address! Even though it should have been sent to my new one!! 3 times I got confirmation of new address and you guys still don't deliver it! So my 2nd parcel I had to uber again today! So $100 loss when i paid for delivery from toll!! 9 days after the expected delivery date and my package box is destroyed!! Now it's the 15th Jan and my 2nd parcel box is ruined!
