This company donāt care about customer care u called the call centre to follow up all they can say Iām sorry for the inconvenience they cannot even solve ur problem. I order a Tv from Kogan since 22 December 2022 now itās 9 January 2023 I keep follow up my tv but toll donāt care to fix the problem. this morning I called them again my tv still at the warehouse but I follow 3 January 2023 they said itās already scan for delivery but today I find out my Tv still at warehouse. Theirs call centre agents give you a lot of ābullshitā when u follow up the Statius of my orders.
