This company donā€™t care about customer care u called the call centre to follow up all they can say Iā€™m sorry for the inconvenience they cannot even solve ur problem. I order a Tv from Kogan since 22 December 2022 now itā€™s 9 January 2023 I keep follow up my tv but toll donā€™t care to fix the problem. this morning I called them again my tv still at the warehouse but I follow 3 January 2023 they said itā€™s already scan for delivery but today I find out my Tv still at warehouse. Theirs call centre agents give you a lot of ā€œbullshitā€ when u follow up the Statius of my orders.

Donā€™t use this company for your online purchase guys. Because this company just donā€™t care about their customers at all. I ordered an I phone from jb hifi and paid extra for delivery to reach on time. The delivery didnā€™t reach on time and then I call jb hifi they said contact the toll company and toll company said we will deliver next day. Next day delivery didnā€™t arrive again so I contact toll they said sorry we are investigating about your item and will give you an update soon. I waited another 2 days and didnā€™t receive any update. I called jb hifi to give me another item or refund because I never received my item. After so many emails they are keep saying that they want an email from toll company saying the item has been lost in their depot. I told them itā€™s not my fault if they have lost the item in their depot. I paid jb hifi and I want jb hifi to provide me a new item or refund. ITS BEEN 10 DAYS NOW AND TOLL COMPANY IS STILL INVESTIGATING AND JB HIFI IS STILL DOING NOTHING ABOUT It. Their online team is keep saying they are waiting for toll company..itā€™s jb hifis responsibility and they should be dealing with toll and should provide me a refund or new item. End of the day whatā€™s my fault?. Worst service and company ever guys. Go to some other company who actually care about their customers. Toll is worse company ever because

Avoid using Toll at all costs unless you live in the metro area, even then youā€™ll be luck to get your parcel when they say. Just my experience.

Due to a parcel locker redirect, Iā€™ve now been waiting 7 weeks for a parcel which was originally due to arrive in October 2021. I have contacted Toll almost every week and have received next to no helpful information other than due to a covid isolation issue at their Melbourne Depo - all parcels have been mixed up and left to be sorted in a random cage at their facility. Not even several attempts to notify the depo supervisor of this issue has resolved the problem and they donā€™t allow you collect from the depo either. To top it off, Toll wont reimburse me for their stuff up either. Am at my wits end
