The amount of stress this company is giving me is the top of the list. I had already lodge several complaints regarding the item I did not receive which they claimed to have been sent. But what they did was, they sent their staff to my house and shown me the photo of the item where it was delivered. I had already told them multiples time that the photo shown as proof is not my home. A few days later, I received an email with the new photos of my house ( the front yard and the garage) claiming that they already sent out the item to this address. I am absolutely dumb founded!! This is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress. Every time I tried to file a complaint regarding this matter, I have to explain the same story again and again. I am so tired. It had been ongoing for the past 2 to 3 months already. If this matter is not solve within this week or the next week, I'm just going with Ombudsman instead. I'm so done with Toll.
