I just wanted to acknowledge Adam Jones for just always being amazing, he is quick and efficient but also gets to know the PEOPLE on his run he made himself familiar with my business hours and knows my neighbouring business he works in with all of us so we don't miss our much needed stock deliveries. I've never seen him unhappy or complain once about his job as most of us do. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to your company. Terrible service, have zero confidence in their ability to deliver on time still waiting for a parcel to arrive after being ordered 12 days ago from Melbourne to Central Coast. All calls go to service centre so don't be fooled by their local depot contact numbers. Lots of apologies but no action!

They always seem to not only run late but we constantly get "updates" saying they tried to deliver but "no one was home". We not only have a Ring Cameras doorbell but we're also retired and someone is almost always at home! As I was typing this I heard noise at the front door but no knock or doorbell ring and my delivery dated on the package July 6th was left on a step below my front door landing. Today is July 26th!

Best delivery service ever I order car parts and they take awhile sometimes threw other and I’m okay with that but I’m also a inpatient person but when they post through here it’s somehow here in like 2 days just got somthing normal post and it was in Melbourne and it’s shipped to central coast in 2 DAYS I love this shipping company

Booked on Sunday night for the parcel to be collected by Aramex on the Monday through sendle. I've used sendle countless times with another courier company but this is the first time using Aramex. Normally my parcels are collected 7am the next day! I was away on holidays but the parcel sat at my front door for 5 days until we returned. I'm glad it wasn't stolen. I contacted sendle countless times (would have been at least 5 times) and they just kept saying it had been escalated with the courier company and would be collected the following day. By Saturday I cancelled the label and sent the parcel via Australia post. I JUST had an aramex courier turn up at my front door on Thursday at 5pm to collect the parcel (11 days!! After it was supposed to be collected). I told him that the parcel was long sent and already delivered 😂. Will never use aramex again.

I am really happy with the deliveries from Glen & Kim (Central Coast Aramex). They are very friendly, thoughtful people who always arrive happy and are just super nice people. I am really pleased and grateful that they place my large heavy deliveries where its easy for me to unpack. I have never had any problems and they've gone above and beyond to help keep my business and personal deliveries safe and dry when there was heavy rain. I would recommend them for sending and delivery parcels.

Great customer service. Always picks my parcels ( same day ) depending what time I've lodged them & fast delivery to my customers. Prices could be a little better, but in saying that we pay for what we get, I pay more sometimes and less other times, in all actual fact, They are saving me in fuel to drop off to the post and also saves me time driving to and from the post office,. So pricing is a little higher but all my items are delivered and no lost parcels! Glen has been wonderful to deal with ☺️, I am very happy to continue my postage services through Aramex. Support small local businesses wherever possible 💕.

In my experience - poor customer service. They were not capable of responding to an email quote request and my follow up emails went unanswered. When I took time off work to follow up over the phone, I had to start the process all over again only to be told by Vera in an email days later that they would not courier my item because it was too heavy (29 kg). Several follow up phone calls and voice messages to Vera were not responded to. I found another courier with good customer service who was happy to deliver the item.
