Absolutely shocking customer service. Items picked up a week ago and no record in their system. Only thing they suggest is calling the person who is sending them which I have done multiple times and they have confirmed pick up. Where's my stuff now?? Toll has it and can't track it/find it and are absolutely no use at all. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely disgraceful. I have purchased petrol fire fighting pump and was told it was delivered to my address in primrose sands. I wasn't. Three times I rung toll and they promised to follow up with the driver but never did. Stupid driver that does not know how to find the address, stupid and incompetent administration that does not care, no customer service.

Garry and Mabel have always looked after me. This is absolutely the place to go for those hard-to-find antique clock parts. And if you’re lucky, Mabel might treat you to some of her homemade shortbread!

If you are interested in doing business with Toll, or using any of their services, please read my review before doing so. On December 19th 2018, my wife, Olivia, and her best friend were driving on the West Gate Bridge in Melbourne. Olivia was driving her 2011 Kia Sportage that she uses for her small house keeping business. It was 2:30pm so the traffic was getting very heavy so she was keeping a safe distance from the car in front, as frequent stopping is very likely. Driving behind her was one of Toll’s trucks. As Olivia slowed because the traffic was coming to a stand still, two cars merged into her lane in front of her. This caused her to brake a bit harder than usual, but not as much to be dangerous. She safely stopped behind the cars, but as she looked in her rear-vision mirror, she saw the truck wasn’t braking quickly enough. The truck slammed into the back of Olivia’s car, which then caused her to hit the car in front of her, and that car then hit the car in front of it. The Toll truck driver got out of his truck and advised Olivia and the other two drivers to get off the bridge and go to a safe place close by to discuss the process of what happens after there is a crash. While still in shock, Olivia still listened to the truck driver carefully. He said that the crash was his fault and that the insurance of his company would pay for all the damage, and also he added that there were cameras in his truck. After this conversation,Olivia had to drive home, about 30 minutes, with her car being in a very wrecked state. In the next few days, we got in contact with a Toll fleet manager, Craig Parsons. He gave us the the details of their insurance company, who we called straight after getting off the phone with Craig. Chris from NTI insurance gave us the claim number and said they’d call in the next few days with further instructions. Weeks had passed and we had still not heard back from anyone from NTI, or anyone from Toll. As Olivia used this car for her job and it was just sitting in our garage wrecked, we were getting desperate. Olivia had already lost a lot of money by struggling to get to her clients of her cleaning business. We called Craig who assured us that everything was fine and that he’d check up on the insurance company. Not satisfied, we called NTI where Chris informed us that Toll is a self-insured company and it was up to Toll to determine who was at fault. That means it’s up to Toll to determine whether or not they’d pay us! Even after the driver of their truck had already admitted fault to Olivia! The main question that comes to mind is how can a logistics company like Toll be self-insured? What if the accident was worse and more expensive? Or if someone was seriously injured? Who would decide who was at fault and who should pay? Toll themselves? Judging by our experience, Toll isn’t trustworthy enough to determine this, and yet they expect us to trust them with our letters, information, packages, etc? Now, after more than 3 months Olivia and I have decided to hire lawyers to hopefully push to resolve this so her car can finally be repaired. I am writing this because I think reviews are so important, whether they be good or bad, as people have the right to know what kind of people they are truly dealing with. Unfortunately my experience with Toll has taught me the true character of Toll and how it’s like dealing with them. I would advise anyone wanting to do business with Toll or to use their services to think twice. Also, if you’re driving near a Toll truck, remember that they are self-insured and it’s up to them if they’d like to pay you if they hit you. My advice is to stay well away from them unless you’d like to be in our position with no car, or even any resolution, more than 3 months after the fact.
