I placed an order for a trampoline that had multiple large and small parts. 1st small parcel arrived to the wrong address, but thankfully our neighbours knew us and brought it to us. Large delivery arrived via van and left where I had asked for it to be left, which was nice. And then I received a slip to say I had parcels to pick us at the StarTrack office. It was another few small parcels. You'd think it could all be delivered together considering it was one order, or at least to the right address.

Expensive order placed. Paid for additional postage of $60. Sent me an estimate of delivery and had not arrived till 10 days later. Parcel initially came from Brisbane. Made it to Rockhampton, then instead of sending to my house, they sent it to Melbourne.

Seems Star Track are part of Australia Post. Parcel was on board for delivery yesterday and the driver said he could not gain access to our house. I sit in my home office looking down the driveway and there is no way he came to my house. Now the parcel is apparently at Star Tracks depot however when you look it of there are about 6 local compa ies claiming to be star Track. When you call their number you end up with Australia Post who after 20 minutes tell you the parcel was handed to Star Track yesterday so see them. The AP folks could not have been any more helpful 10 out of 10 Howe er the interface system with Star Track is woefully and a slight on managements capabilities to organise their business.

Typical anything to do with aus post is seriously just a joke in this day n age, automated service cant even send to correct post code's, yet alone correct address, previous item sent to toowomba ? This item has been sent to marybourgh ( close but no cigar) then back to brisbane twice, how about the CEO give back some of hid 5million bonus n put actual workers on to do the so called efficiant automated service (yeah that was a joke)

Never attempt to drop at the door. Just leave card in the mail box saying attempted to deliver when they can't be bothered . Dreadful service. Don't use!!!!

Startrack scanned my package on the 19th at 08.19 I live 150klm North of. Rockhampton it was rescanned is in Norman Gardens suburb of Rockhampton. Statrack are absolutely useless they claim to be door to door couriers but do not just pass onto Auspost.

a total waste of time, I booked online, because, no one but a robot is the reception and it hangs you up as it puts you through to customer service, after his rant about phone etiquette, how embarrassing, like an infants turnout, to say the least. After 2 days of waiting, booking twice, given a booking number, no one shows up and I still have my parcel. Disgusting, you can't blame everything on Covid 19

So far I've had to get 5 out of 6 deliveries from their depo because its to hard to put it at the front door. And before they say oh but u have to sign for it. No you don't because of covid then when you ring they won't connect your call because its about a undelived item.

Poor service. Unprofessional lazy drives, i missed my delivery so there keep it on the truck until they finish. Not taken to the post office like it said would. Did not scan my item so nobody new where it was until 5:00pm. And when they found it we were not able to pick it up. Guy on the phone said my wife informed then to leave a $2000 item on the front door if nobody was home. I then spoke to my wife and she never said that to them. Had to tell the guy on the phone not to leave it on the front door. He then told me I will have to sort it out with your wife.

If you are wanting to wait around all day for an express delivery, just go with Star Track. It would be the slowest courier company and you cannot get in contact with the driver to find out how long you have to sit and wait for him. Biggest waste of a day and best way to loose your own clients by not getting products in time.

bad delivery and customer service. in their delivery status portal tells you delivered but in fact it's in other post office 20km from my home I need to collect. no collection note left in mailbox and I only find out I need to collect from post office after calling customer service. worst of all, CS just tell you oh well item already put in collection point you need to collect and thats the way it is. no text, no collect note, after one fail deliver.

I ordered a fishing rod online the shop was 30 mins from where I live. Startrack ended up taking it to Townsville day one then to Sydney on day 2 now it's in Brisbane day 3 I live in rockhamton and I'm still waiting for my items to be delivered the worst delivery service I have used. Customer service have no idea what they are doing.

HOPELESS HOPELESS HOPELESS I WENT TO BOOK A PICK UP TODAY OVER THE PHONE AND WAS DIRECTED TO A PHONE VOICE RECOGNITION SOFTWARE PROGRAM. THE PHONE BOOK IN SERVICE IS A MASSIVE FAIL AS IT JUST DOESN'T WORK. IN THE BUSY WORK ENVIRONMENT THAT I WORK IN I JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO PLAY THESE STUPID GAMES WITH MACHINES. I CALLED ANOTHER FREIGHT COMPANY!

Good morning, I wish to leave my disappointing feedback of the service & "support" of Startrack. I arranged a painting to be delivered from Brisbane to Townsville on the 8th of December 2017. Once the painting had been delivered, my client had contacted me to let me know that he canvas had been ripped right through. To be able to do this once the painting has been bubble wrapped as well as placed with hard card back and front is shocking. This was an original paid artwork valued at $300, I had noted this on the consignment along with the words "fragile". Once I had been notified of the damage, I called Startrack immediately to discuss the issue. The gentleman I spoke to was rude, short and unhelpful. I repeated the problem multiple times, was left on hold until finally I was told that someone would contact me regarding the issue. A few days later I received a call from the officer who just told me to make a claim online. I asked for assistance and for an email for her contact details, my local startrack officer details as well as where I can make the claim. She, also rude and short, told me she would send me the details. I have still received nothing. Due to the holiday period, I closed the business for the year, hoping for more luck in 2018. Now back in the office, I am told by the online claim form that I must of resolved this issue within 14 days. I understand the seasonal holiday period is much busier than others, however there is no excuse for poor customer service & having your issue passed around until forgotten. After paying $20.79 for delivery from a reputable courier company to assure safe delivery to my client, I am appalled at the lack of customer service and assistance in resolving my issue. Finally I would like to make note that I normally work with Couriers Please locally, however decided to book Startrack for the faster delivery as well as trying a new courier for future deliveries. After this ordeal, I will not be using Startrack services again. I prefer to use a company that cares about the service they provide as well as the clients that use and trust them.
