This is joke of a company and service if i could give under 1 star i would. what's the point of paying for EXPRESS SHIPPING when you have to wait an extra week+ anyway for your delivery. atrocious service. and another thing who doesn't deliver on at least a Saturday either what a joke of a company. do not use them

PATHETIC COURIER. LAST PARCEL WAS SENT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND TOOK TWO WEEKS WHEN I COULD HAVE DRIVEN THERE MYSELF AND COLLECTED IN HALF A DAY, NOW THIS VERY IMPORTANT ONE HAS SAT IN A DEPOT AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVE FROM ME FOR TWO DAYS AND STILL WONT BE ON A TRUCK TO OUR LOCATION UNTIL NEXT WEEK. the only Reason this group get 2 stars is because of 1 guy I spoke to on the phone, but in short my package spent a total of 3 business days in my town and on the 3rd day instead of knocking on my door to deliver a package i spotted and yelled out to the posty that was putting the little blue slip in my mail the ran back to the van and drove off.... thanks startrack you screwed me around then instead of doing your job you are making me do it.... money not so well spent

Parcel was left at the front gate in open view which was NOT A SAFE PLACE. Parcel gets stolen & StarTrack are not compensating me: even though the courier did not uphold their duty of care, which was to leave it in a safe place or take it to the nearest post office. $600 gone I hope whoever made this final decision gets robbed.

Deliveries always late. Last 3 deliveries they have lost in transit or warehouse. One of which they delivered to the wrong address. Getting to the point I will not shopping with people that use this company as their transport company.

Wish I could give NO stars. Absolutely shocking. When they finally turned up to collect my parcel (3 days after day I was told it would be collected) simple directions could not even be followed by the driver. THEN they smashed my $800 mixer. It arrived at Kitchen Aid (for a simple internal part replacement), broken into 2 pieces. This is something that would have taken a lot of mishandling to cause. Kitchen Aid 'fixed it' in good faith but it has never worked well since. Avoid this company at any cost.

Hands down the WORST courier company in Australia and possibly the world. I regularly get a few deliveries a week and because their service has become SO BAD I have been picking which suppliers and companies I use that DON'T use StarTrack or Australia POST. Other similar delivered items from similar locations, are delivered days and even weeks later compared to other couriers with comparable costs and expectation times. 80% of the time my items will be carded when there are people home and/or video surveillance showing the courier drivers haven't even made an attempt to deliver. My latest delivery - "Attempted delivery - Unable to gain access". I guess it has now become too difficult for StarTrack employees to open a gate. Pathetic!

Absolutely useless. This is the second time the driver has taken a package to the wrong location. Obviously from other google reviews this seems to be a regular occurrenceā¦ Suggest you invest in drivers who have some idea in what the ā¦ they are doing AND to deliver to the correct address.

Hopeless is and understatement. Waited all day for pickup so i could return gear to old employer only to be told a driver/contractor didnt accept the job. Now im guessing someone there is paid good money to check all pickup bookings are completed. Then the phone staff somehow make it all about them when ur upset as the customer. Inexcusable pathetic service on all counts.

Absolutely hopeless! track and traced my parcel, it was sitting in the depot for four days before they delivered it, after I checked to see it had arrived at my local depot, but was just sitting there waiting for me to ring and hurry it along. Pretty hopeless company

Paid $25 for express delivery 2 days later still not received, had to drive into Toowoomba where I was told they don't know where it is even though tracking said startrack Toowoomba. Between Tolls and Startrack it's a wonder anything gets delivered.

I paid to have a very important purchase sent Express. It went from Melbourne, to Sydney and then to Brisbane in a day and a half. It made it to Toowoomba and then BANG, there its journey ended! Its estimated delivery is now in 5 days time. They can't be contacted by phone..."'optus advises the number you have dialled has been disconnected" (which seems to be a very common trend with courier businesses these days)and both gates to their depot in Tait Street are chained and padlocked. Thanks for nothing StarTrack Toowoomba.

Had a package to be delivered, got notified it was attempted. Problem is someone was home plus security camera's did not see anyone attempt to deliver. Driver shoved collection card in mailbox and was too lazy to walk to the door meaning I had to go collect my package from Australia Post. Dreadful service.

Driver didn't knock or leave a pickup card in the mail box, they stopped out the front, walked to the door, walked back to the truck and took off down the street. Tracking says "attempted delivery but nobody at the address" How would they even know? I heard them walking so I opened the door and they were climbing back into their truck. Ridiculous.

StarTrack couriers are not a courier service. Donāt even bother to deliver they just drop it at the post office. Tracked delivery after waiting over a week found that it went to 2 different StarTrack Depots. Courier drives as close as 30km from delivery address only to drive a further 120km to drop it another depot. This is the third time this has happened. Paid for postage and not even delivered. Also gave an authority to leave in parcel drop inside property when purchased goods. Only way forward is to advise businesses to not use StarTrack as they are not a reliable courier for any business!

It would be faster and less hassle to walk your package to its destination. Their I donāt care attitude is poor at best. They will do nothing to help fix any issue as the escalation department is run by a 4 year old on a leap pad that just keeps repeating the same sentence. If you still have access to a carrier pigeon use this service and start a business.

By far the worst company to deal with. No one has any answers been looking for an item for 3 days thats only an 1.5 hours away cant tell me what depo it is sitting in. There is only 2 depo's in the area. Yet I'm not able to contact either or go there myself and pick it up. It is now 2 weeks late and I have customers to asking for work that I can't deliver if I can get my stock in to start with. If I could give less then 1 star i would be

Absolutely hopeless, this is the nicest thing i could say about this company, they had my parcel at their Darra depot 2 days before the expected delivery date and drove right past my place to their Toowoomba depot on the expected delivery date and then informed me that i didn't know where i lived as they said Toowoomba was closer to my place than Darra, in fact Toowoomba is 100Ks further away than Darra. my wife stayed home all day to sign for the parcel ($1000,00 welder) as the delivery could not be made without a signature, they then informed me that because my parcel was in Toowoomba there would be an additional 3 days on the date of delivery. the post office will not accept it as it's 26kg and guess what,, it's back in Toowoomba now and i have no way of getting there before they close. i honestly could have walked to Wynnam and picked it up quicker than these clowns. they deserve no stars but i had to click 1 to post this.

Have been down this track with Optus sending things through Star Track There actually not customer service as you cannot speak to any humans involved in the delivery of your item and therefore when there are special circumstances there is not policy for this. Australian Government should put in place regulation to assist its citizens in unusual circumstance to be able to contact someone who know the problem and can deal with it.

The notice in the mail doesn't contain basic information like business hours for collection, depot address etc. I drove to the depot but it was closed and there was absolutely no signage of business hours. The business hours are not given if you call the automated phone service, nor are they available online. A pretty disappointing show for Star Track and if they cant get these simple things right, why would you rely on them for anything of importance?

Awful service, have been waiting for a driver to pickup a package for delivery. After 2 days of calling the customer service who repeat the phrase "we'll call you back" I was finally informed that they couldn't get in contact with the driver, and no offer of any solutions.

Disappointed that I could not leave 0 stars. The Gatton Delivery driver is absolutely hopeless. This company should be shut down and all drivers sacked on the spot. The drivers say they attempted delivery when they did not even turn onto the street. I bet they collect the packages for the day and then go to the pub for 6 hours before marking them all as attempted delivery on their scanner. A more hopeless delivery company I cannot think of.

Was at home at time of delivery. Driver didnāt bother knocking just left a card. Now I have to go and pick it up or wait 2 business days to redeliver. May as well have not paid the extra money for a courier to āExpressā deliver. Of course the useless afternoon driver will say they knocked. Overall totally useless.

The driver who came to 13 Empress Street Centenary Heights, approximately 4.20pm. 03/01/17. Sped into this Multi - unit complex, with VERY loud music. I estimated the speed of the vehicle was about 30km, the speed limit inside the complex is 10km, as per the sign on the entrance .

Startrack are the Darling Downs agent for FedEx. After 2 overseas phone calls I managed to obtain this information along with their address of 9 Tait Street Toowoomba. The phone number is not given out and if you ring you will get Melbourne. They had my parcel sitting in their Toowoomba office for over a week. There was no attempt to deliver it although they said a blue card would have been left. As the delivery address was a business this was not the case. For future information if you have the delivery address C/- Star Track Depot, 9 Tait Street Toowoomba you can collect your parcel.

Awful service. Tracked the delivery via DHL. StarTrack said the parcel was delivered but no attempt to deliver was made! Rang DHL who said that the parcel was still with Star Trak but that Star Trak won't answer their phone; what a useless company. If you have any choice don't use Star Trak Toowoomba. Even Australia Post is better than them.

Tried very hard to use this service, but they make it all but impossible. After waiting on the phone for ten listening to tinny music to book in a pick up time, I explicitly explained that I would not be on the premises, and when I would be. I gave them a four hour window. I returned to find a card saying " Missed your pick up" made during the time that I had stated I would not be there. Rang back, more faffing about listening to music, it was explained that my original specifications were not noted, and that they could not guarantee that it could be picked up during anytime frame shorter than 9 - 5 pm. When I queried how it could possibly be efficient sending a driver to a location that they knew would not be attended, it was simply stated - "That's our system". No attempt to problem solve, no apologies for the original misinformation, nor inconvenience that creating this problem has caused. Utterly intractable and unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. The only benefit of this experience has been that it would make brilliant comedic material based with incompetence forming the punch line.

I have just had a very rude delivery driver at my workplace - called out in a very loud voice at reception - when I asked him to wait just a moment while I was in consult with my employer - he wrote out a card for collection and was leaving the carpark. I suggested he could leave it now and he stated he didn't mind carting them - Rudest individual and not a very good representative for your company. My patients were appalled.
