We collected our package from the IPEC depot and they were very helpful. In particular, Penny from the collection office helped us find our oversized package and then spent a good hour helping us dismantle it to put it in our car. Great service and lovely helpful people. Thank you again Penny.

This is the second time a package I am waiting for to be delivered by Toll has never arrived on time. I literally watched the driver drive past my address with absolutely no intention of slowing down, then 20 minutes later received an email with delivery not complete no card left. Rang their customer service team and was assured that the package would be delivered the next day and nothing happened. Last check on the tracking system shows my package is just sitting at their depot. Extremely disappointed and will never use you again or the retailer who chose you as their courier company. I hope that retailers and vendors understand that their products will never arrive on time with such horrible service and will lose customers using your business.

The delivery person is so rude. He ask where do I want he to leave my parcel, I said please leave it in front of my door.He said he can't put my box up to my door, because there is 5 stairs and he can't lift it up. He ask me need two people to carry it. I m very sick I can't help to carry it. He said he only can leave it on my drive way. I said ok just leave there. He told me he doesn't have to delivery my parcel ,he can bring my box back to center,and I m going to get it by myself. He looks so angry, I said he can leave it on my drive way. I ask him if he can give me his name. He said what else do you want? My number, my address? How ridiculous is he.

Terrible, do not use whenever possible. Packages were separated with 1 being delivered days late with no communication the other was sick in the depot because they would not send it without the other, even though I already had the other one. Customer service was useless, with terrible communication, no one got back to me. When I asked for the depot address and phone number they said they said they don't know even though I could google it. 2nd package was weeks late

Delivery person left 'sorry we missed you' note in my postbox without even coming to the front door which was left open so that I could hear them. I have cameras around the house and even double checked that no one came near the driveway/front door during the time left on the note. This is unacceptable, they just aren't doing what they're getting paid to do! However, I am giving 2 stars because the customer service lady I spoke to was a good professional and apologised for the poor experience on the deliveryman's behalf. Kudos to her as I was quite angry at the start of the call as well. TOLL, there are heaps of people who are unemployed or underemployed and would be willing to work so get rid of these people who ruin your brand name and replace them with hard working people.

Ordered a soccer jersey from Victoria on the 16th. Didn’t get shipped till the 29th. Toll received the package on the 29th of June and was delivered on the 1st of July. Pretty fast service. I also put a sign on my front door saying “Leave parcel at door” which they did. The only problem is that they didn’t knock even though I had been at home all day.

0 STARS Long story short, I called Toll/Customer service team 10+ times and they were utterly useless at tracking down my delayed/lost packages. 6 days after the package was meant to show up at my door, I called again and through multiple transfers, got a hold of my case manager who told me that my items containing paint was damaged and had to be thrown away.

I sent an item (box) with toll IPEC, sent from Victoria to Sydney which cost me $55 for shipping. It didn't arrive after 2 weeks. and i spent hours collectively waiting on the phone to speak with someone over the course of a week. I spoke with the Manager at Toll IPEC, Audry who told me she would phone me back before the end of the day on Tuesday the 24th August, which never happened. I phoned back the next day to speak with her and after being on hold for 45 mins was told she would call me back ASAP. She never called me back. I still have not received my $700 of valued package. No one is calling me back or speaking to me about this item. Every time I call they say i am sorry for this situation. I dont need apologies. I need my package.

Strange that you need to buzz in and out of car park but generally it was a friendly visit. On the recent occasion had an awful experience with Toll - 3 oversized boxes were not delivered, status stated driver called, Missed You card left. Well, driver never called and card was not left either. Called them 3 days after after checking tracking, was promised that it would be investigated. No communication for 5 days, called only to be told item was return to sender on the day I called first time. No responsibility, customer service very polite but absolutely useless based offshore. Avoid Toll if possible, bad service, bad company

Toll has a very terrible service. I requested for Depot collection, it was rejected and sent for re-delivery next day. The delivery did not happen the following day too and held up in transit. I had to cancel all my plans for the day and yet did not receive the parcel.
