Outstanding failures! Cannot deliver packages despite 12 phone calls and 5 emails. Totally inept. No customer services skills. Fantastic excuses and apologies but no deliveries

Dropped off my package at toll as they failed twice to pick up my package. The door off to the left is the drop off and pick up. It's pretty ghetto but the staff member was super friendly.

The delivery are simply not performed. the tracking page is stating that 5 attempts has been performed during this week. I was working from home yesterday and today, nothing has been done. No ring, nothing in my extra-large tour shaped letterbox. The same nightmare happened in the past with Toll were I called them a first time, arranged to be at home for the delivery for nothing. Then called the customer service a second time, re-arranged to be home on the second day for nothing again. Toll customer service is a call center in India telling you that whatever appearing on their screen. I just can't handle this anymore, I am buying online because I am time-poor, not for sending 20 emails over 2 months for a delivery to be received. I ended up driving to the Brisbane Airport Depot to finally pick up my package. Outrageous.

Shipment of 10 items from single supplier. Supposed to be delivered within a couple of days. 6 days later 4 of the items arrive. Then I submit a request and today only 5 of the 6 remaining items have been loaded for delivery. This company is a joke. Avoid if at all possible.

I really wish jb-hi-fi wouldnât use this delivery service this is twice now in a row ! I pay for express and itâs been a full week yet they said it shipped out the next early morning and itâs been days, still sitting at the depot hasnât bothered to move and itâs only local not international so I had to call see whatâs happening they say oh will have to contact them and ask why itâs not shipped out and 24hrs later hopefully they will call you to make delivery, like now the days it will be out to deliver I wonât be home and so will miss them, I really urge you donât use Toll if you can avoid it I learned my lesson twice now.

A terrible online shoppingâs experience, placed an order on Mon and supposed to be delivered to the next day, Tue (From Birsbane to Brisbane). WFH for the parcel, but no turn up. Contacted customer support, they said that they needed time to investigate. Never heard back from them and now is Sat, still no updates yet. Even though contacted customer support again, no updates at all. The online tracking is useless, it did not reflect the real status of the delivery.

Still waiting for my parcel. TOLL sent it to wrong depot a couple of weeks ago and it remains there it seems. Phone calls to TOLL go to Manilla, in the Philippines, and they advised me they don't have an Australian contact number for TOLL. I'm told they are still investigating where my parcel is. I can see where it is on the tracker and it hasn't moved. How can they investigate it when they don't have an Australian phone number. I can't even ring the Brisbane depot even though I live in Queensland. I gave one star because they didn't have a zero stars

They only work office hours, not even Saturdays just when nobody can go to the airport to pick up a parcel they somehow couldn't deliver, yes to the airport. Found out they were coming 4 hours later they already left a note "Sorry we missed you" no a text or email or whatever telling us they were coming, they already have all my info and even so they couldn't find me.

Worst delivery service ever. Purchased an item of JBHIFI and spend extra to get it delivered on a certain day as I needed it on that day. My package didn't even leave the depot because 'they didn't know where my address was' (Not a hard address: Inner city suburb on a main road). Call customer support and get told it is my fault. After multiple calls, 4 days and zero transparency or notifications (which they said I'd receive); I am beyond livid with this "Priority" service. JBHIFI should drop them as their delivery partners as they do not deliver anything. Ready to welcome day 5 of waiting for my next day delivery to arrive.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Was home all day, didn't get a knock on the door or a "we missed you card" in my mail box. Literally got an email saying my package was undeliverable and no further information but a number to contact. Called to pickup and told I need to wait for a text message. Waited 4 days - literally nothing. Call again, even less information and more excuses - wait for another message. RECIEVE NO MESSAGE. Still don't have my package. Going to go and rage quit at the depot and character shift into a Karen because this is shocking. If I could give this organisation a negative amount of stars I would.

Came to pickup a parcel at the toll collection point and I checked online to see if they had any different hours for public holidays⊠they dont. So I came in with my collection card. Was greeted by a blank desk and had to call a number on the most overcomplicated touchscreen phone that needed 4 buttons in menus to dial their instruction numbers. To then be greeted by someone who says âwhy is this door even open on a public holidayâ Only to find out they returned the parcel back overseas. No communication or anything. Worst postage experience I have ever had.

Driver left card to advise my parcel was taken back to brisbane depot. On calling the depot I was told someone collected it three hours later signing an incorrect name. They need to be investigated by police

My Toll Delivery guys is great, that is the only part of Toll that is. I am not a direct customer of theirs. I have to deal with them frequently, unfortunately, as they are used by multi companies as their delivery partners, and my heart sinks when I get the delivery notice and see it is Toll.....as I know, its gonna be a long wait or a fight to actually receive my item. I regulary receive items from OS and within Aud by other companies....with no delay...bit distance bears no relevance with Toll. Seriously slow delivery. terrible customer service (phone, very friendly but useless)...again , my local driver is a star...that why they get one star, it's for him.

I used to live in Brisbane but I wouldn't go back if you paid me all concrete and roads that are choked with traffic no easy directions and no street lighting what have they run out of money.....I have friends that don't go out of their suburb.....Don't go there.... unless you want to pull your hair out

A blood y joke, I said at 3pm I'd go pick up my parcel it took them until 5th.53 to tell me the address which is a 45 minute drive and they close at 6pm??? Idiots ! Shipment went back to depot, organised delivery for next available business day. Was told Wednesday then booked it in for the following Wednesday. I had to pick the shipment up from the depot as I couldn't wait another week. This experence was painfull with no one on counter and a phone that you have to call people on that is hard to use and end up calling random saved number on the machine. I will actually not be using this supplier again due to their choice to use toll as a freight provider.

TOLL did not provide me a PIN number for my parcel locker and I have called customer services FOUR times now and no one can provide me a number. The supervisor gave me a "service reference number" and said he'd call back once he has the PIN. I wonder how long it will take.
