Delivery driver doesn't even bother attempting to deliver the parcel. Just pops a "we missed you" card in your postbox and drives off. The local AusPost actually knocks and waits for you. Wouldn't recommend.

Made an express delivery booking and paid online and was instructed to drop of the parcel at their Mitchel Park depot, only to be told they don't have the required paperwork for the order and can't even find the order details. I showed them all the emails received following my booking. Also forwarded the emails to their inbox. They told me to leave the parcel and they'll follow up. Late next day, no one got back to me and when I called I was told they sent an email to another department and are waiting for a response. Yet no one bothered to reach out and update me. Not only that, I was lectured about how none of it is their fault etc. Even though the instructions I received was to simply drop off the parcel and give them the booking number. I was made to feel as if it's all my fault that their systems failed to communicate between online booking and physical depot. Absolutely disgraceful.

Had a text to say item being delivered. Tracking app said out for delivery. After ringing toll they said they can't find it. And someone would ring back . Never got a call. Called after 4 days. Can you pick it up. From a delivery company. Such a bad service.
