Absolutely useless service when they couldnt deliver the package they took it back to the depot where I tried to pick it up from got told I have to wait for a msg that never came through contacted the Philippines 4 times same result each time then a random day a week later they decide to try to deliver it again even though I organised to pick the item up and they let some one sign for it who didn't need to show i.d to prove they were even related to me word of advice toll put on Australian call centres the Philippines is not a good contact for an Australian business.

I ordered a package that first said it would be delivered on the 19th. Not only was it late (now was being delivered the 20th - I needed this desperately for a birthday present) but I happened to not be home when it was being delivered. They took it all the way back to the warehouse which says it is 24/7 so I went and security said I would have to wait until Monday. Not happy :(

Extremely Poor service. I was waiting on a cash register I ordered and needed to open my business after being closrd for 16weeks. Had to cancel 400 bookings as i did not have this register to run my business.They have had this parcel sitting in their warehouse for 5 working days. When I rang twice and enquired was told each time it was on a truck to be delivered. It was not on any vehicle to be delivered. Then I was assured by a "supervisor" that they would call me back immediately and let me know where it is. 72 hours later stillvwaiting for that call. They have a delivery vehicle drive past my place every day and they couldn't put this parcel on a truck. Use other more reliable courier companies.

I updated their hours.They are confusing.I am a trucking company asking for status and have been through 2 operators and still on hold after 22 Mins. I called them on my other phone and got put through to right people. 1st operator said opening time pick up is 7am, and the 2nd operator time said pick up from 10AM to 3PM. Another basic useless multi million company with poor quality phone system, and tracking.

This is the worst package delivery service in Australia. They only offer delivery between 9am and 5pm Mon to Fri, which is when everybody works, which means taking a day off work just to receive a package. They wont allow the company to leave the package without a signature. Then you have to drive to Eastern Creek to pick it up, again because they refuse to deliver to another more convenient location. They have no idea where the packages are at any given time, and it took 3 business days for them to respond to my missed delivery card to tell me that my package was ready for collection. The parcel could have only been in one of two locations, on board the van for delivery, or at the depot. Why would it be anywhere else?

Vodafone is using them for my delivery and this is the second time the order hasnt arrived on time and now Im having to call constantly to get updates on where it is because they cant call for themselves. DONT USE THEM!

Worst delivery company!. Ordered our internet modem and the day i was at home they left a "sorry we missed you card" because our buzzer wasnt working when everyone that day had been using it. Than we call to get it redelivered to my partners work as he was the only one able to get it and they deliver to the house again when no one was home. Now i have to drive 40 minutes to Eastern Creek and take toll roads just to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous!

Worst experience. Ordered my apple watch and was ship using this company. Delivery date was 1 or 2days they said, it was processed on September 4 and was supposed to be delivered on September 6 but there was no movement or update until 8pm which is the cutoff time for delivery. Today Monday September 9, theres no movement again on the tracker and no email or any form of contact from them. Now I called them and said they will do an investigation to find out what happen to my delivery and will get back to me within 24 hrs and on top of that the shipping will be reprocessed and will have to wait 2days again! It’s fine if they cant deliver on friday but at least update me? Most likely it was stolen by one of their delivery man as there was no further scan after that on the tracker

Vodafone needs to stop using this company. We have cancelled our account with Vodafone because they have used Toll and I've been chasing my package for over a week now. Cannot get over the tactics staff use to not answer simple questions. They just refer you to other staff members who do the exact same thing. One staff gave me a made up referenace number and when I gave that number to the next staff member she said she had no idea what that number was (3 ppl I spoke to today and I've already written a bad review on Toll Priority Bankstown yesterday for this weeks issues). I've been placed on hold for 5hrs all up this week. If staff are wondering why they have to deal with so much abuse they need to take it up with higher management and demand that proper systems are in place in order for them not to get abused. I was really nice over the phone because I believe we all should be treated with respect but by the actions of this company they have no respect for people. Toll you won..I hung up in the end.

Come on toll, more than 1 hour on hold just to try find out if your truck is coming or not. Anyone who is thinking about using them, DONT!!! AirRoads offer a much more superior service when they come pickup and they don't leave you on hold for hours, also I have a direct contact number to my customer relations manager at AirRoads for any inquiries like this. You only get the business from us because my client has an account with you

Toll NQX has managed to take 2.5 days to ship a small pallet from Lisarow to Sydney Port - a total distance of 101 kms. Why is this an issue? Well, its because they couldn't tell the truth - twice. The pallet sat in their depot for a full day before being scanned out. The driver was contacted and informed the Toll call centre that he expected to deliver it around 3pm - he was informed the site (one of Australia's largest intermodal terminals) accepted freight up to 3.30pm - yet today he claims he turned up at 3.05pm to find the (very Fkn large) terminal closed...despite the sign on the goods inwards gate showing freight accepted up to 3.30pm... And now today...Toll tells me the goods were delivered at 7.16am - their online system shows them being scanned out of Eastern Creek at 7.08am - holy cow that man can drive! Eastern Creek to Port Botany in 8 minutes...get that man into V8 supercars! And now the second major lie - driver is contacted and states clearly that he will deliver the goods no later than 1130am - yet goods are delivered just before 1pm. Fantastic...60 hours to go 100 kms... Qube Logistics went out of their way to accomodate you clowns and now my shipment has missed the container going to Auckland. You are not a world class logistics provider, you're equivalent or even worse than Australia Post.

They attempted delivering my fridge without notifying me when they were coming, so I had to call to arrange redelivery twice. Because the first time they didnt listen to me and for some reason recorded that i was going to pick it up from their depot. When they finally delivered my fridge i showed the deliveryman the ramp leading into the apartment. He had a forklift and all the tools to move the fridge, but he just dumped it in the car park outside saying theyre a courier not a delivery company, and that a 70kg fridge is not even that heavy. We didnt feel comfortable just leaving our fridge outside until someone could help us carry it, so we had to struggle for over half an hour to slowly push the fridge, during which the bottom section of the box fell off, exposing the underside of the fridge, and slowly dragged it into our flat. Everyone i spoke to including the customer service people on the phone and deliveryman were careless, unhelpful and complacent. Horrible.
