50/50. One deliveryman couldn't do enough to help out and was a great experience. Shout out to Dion, 5 stars. The lady at the front counter of St Leonards depot is extremely lovely too, 5 stars. However my most recent package was dropped off at the wrong house entirely. Despite the deliveryman having to walk past a letterbox addressed "1" to deliver a package addressed "3", not only did he get the wrong house, but also the wrong street. I recommend literacy and numeracy screening for future contractors, or at minimum, the ability to match shapes. Please pass onto my deliveryman, the 1 is a long single line, and the 3 is two curly lines stacked up. How he misread a nine letter street name beginning with P for a 5 letter name beginning with Q is beyond my help. I look forward to my future deliveries, the mystery of gold standard service or hunting for my own parcel that claims it has been delivered is a cheap thrill.

We have cameras our front that notify when people enter our property. Star Track never enter our property to attempt to deliver mail. Australia Post deliver all deliveries every time. Star Track are lazy and absolutely pathetic. What a total disappointment. To imply you attempted a delivery is a total lie. I no longer purchase from businesses that use Star Track.

Utterly hopeless. My parcel has been at their depot about 5km away from my house for two weeks and it has still not been delivered. There have been 2 failed delivery attempts where I am not home, so they take the parcel back to the depot, which opens at 9am and closes at 5pm and isn't open on the weekend, so if you work a regular 9-5 job you'll never get your package.

Great service StarTrack Launceston. Unlike other delivery services this delivery guy of star track actually took time to come all the way to our door and knock on the door and hand it over. We need more people like that.

Well it would be good to update the address, because it's not at 168 St Leonards Rd anymore but rather at 7 Kiln Crt. And I have no idea where my parcel is or if it even came through Star Track, but a weird apparently fake parcel thingy appeared in my mailbox. And no one answered the phone so I had to just drive there and then find out they had moved and then ask someone where Kiln Court was. BUT, the woman actually IN the office at Star Track, when I FOUND them, was very friendly, competent, and nice to talk to, so thank you random lady for saving the situation. You were nice, however maybe someone should update the address and answer the phone.

Delivery guy came during work hours and no one was home- but instead of leaving it at the local post office, he took it back to their main depot an hour away. Was then given the option to go and collect the next day (driving the two hour return trip to do so), or wait two days for it to be delivered again- during business hours when no one would be home... Again. With no promise it'd be left at local post office. So unprofessional and poor in service.

Do you mind getting back to me. Nobody is answering your phone. I had an overnight delivery via your company which was urgent. the delivery docket has Oct 27 on it. It was delivery on the 30th. I was advised by the sender that the item would be overnight. Also, any previous couriers would leave a note for collection at the nearby post office. Can I suggest you do this as we close for 3 hours during the day. Thank you.

Wow, how bad are they! Didn't even come to the door. Left card in mail box. Cannot ring them. All online. Tracking number nor barcode entered onto system so had to wait until non delivery showed up today to get online system to now expedite delivery in another 2 DAYS!!!! Left complaint online, no response. At least AusPost is consistent across all arms: No care, no customer focus.

I find a slip saying sorry we missed you four days after the so called delivery attempt. Lucky I still have a letterbox I guess (I use postbox). Anyhow here is the thing - the lazy driver DID NOT ATTEMPT to deliver - had he bothered to actually walk in and push the intercom we would know he was there (its connected to our phones). So this driver is not only lazy and inept he is a downright liar and should be sacked. Useless service DO NOT USE

Fix your vans. Delivery van in my driveway no more than 2 minutes and left pool of oil size of entree plate on driveway. Pensioner here with hip problems van gone before you can get to the door always.Same problem as everyone else NO phone contact. Constantly engaged. Bad service.
