Wow very happy. Driver tried 2 times to deliver while I wasn't home.(email notifications says so. ) When I got home I scheduled the re delivery (5pm) About 2 hours later it got delivered! (Probably a once off thing ) but I'm very happy about it.

I had to send a package with an existing label which I had not printed out. The staff member on call was very helpful and efficient. I was in an out in about 5 minutes as I was there early and there was no queue.

Give you about 3 seconds to run from wherever you might be in your house to the front door to accept a delivery before they’re back in their van speeding off. Maybe I’ll order some running sneakers next time. To make matters worse I called them and organised it to be dropped off on Tuesday when I would be home and they dropped it off on Sunday when I wasn’t. Amazing.

What can i say about DHL in Mount Waverley....AMAZING staff. There are no words to describe the customer service that these guys provide to the clients.First time i used DHL today to send a parcel to Greece.The lovely lady who served me(cant remember her name but she was the one sitting on the left when entering the premises)was extremely helpful and professional.Will definitely doing business with DHL from now on.Giving only a 5* review is not enough.Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I think it's time to change the supervisor because they give incorrect information. I drove an hour away, so when I arrived at the unit they told me that I can't transfer a package that is longer than three meters. They confirmed that by phone it is possible to transfer a package longer than three meters
