My husband waited 3 weeks for a delivery, to find out its been sitting at singleton depot for a full week, only to be told by the rudest woman behind the desk that they MIGHT deliver it, but didn't know when they'd get around to it. That's it. He had to drive an hour to the depot to pick it up, to again be told good thing you came, know idea when we would have got around to it. Disgusting service, literally don't do the only job they've been given.

This is the most useful form of postage humanly possible and I’m shocked on how this company is in business I paid an extra $50 for overnight shipping and what do you know I didn’t receive it overnight surprise surprise you’d think they’d pull there head in and by actually honouring there empty promises

Just had a delivery dropped off at my place and I couldn’t be happier. I have installed a video doorbell so that I would not miss deliveries, problem is that most drivers ring the bell but do not wait for me to be able to pickup the video call. But the driver today was excellent, he patiently waited for me to talk to him and even allowed me to remotely open my garage so that my package could be let securely. Thank you very much for your good service👍

I am not impressed with the way they deliver. Received a text saying my parcel had been delivered to my address which was not true as i was at home. Went for a walk down the street to find my parcel on someone elses deck. I do not think they are worth any stars. Have called them and was told that they couldnt find a supervisor, but would get one to call me.......waiting....waiting no call.

Slow unreliable service. Does not deliver when they say they will deliver. You will wait around and there is no ability to find out when delivery will happen.

A business is only as good as its staff. I dealt with a woman at Singleton depot.. who couldn't care less if I received my delivery. No phone call to let me know it was stuck there and iI wasnt getting a call. Lucky im not her employer. Not even a nice person.
