I send 20kg weight belongings in 25kg box to India which where left behind by my sister. In India the DHL/Custom dept. not releasing the box and asking for nearly $400 as the lady here on Port Melbourne made the weight 425kg on papers. She made all items 25kg each in weight. Now they are stuck and going DHL Custom dept from last 4 days but without paying they will not get the box. I AM NOT ABLE TO LOAD PICS OF PAPERWORK. Rest all was good helpful people, easy and hasslefree one can send stuff anywhere.

Still open to customers during COVID-19 period but with more strict rules. The reception only allows 1 customer per time and thus increases waiting time. Also you need to call the numbers on the front door to have them open the door for you otherwise the door is kept shut making it seems closed during business hours. All these inconveniences but understandable.

Location is in a quiet part of port Melbourne, easy to get to via car. Overall great experience the line was a bit long but it was a Sunday so completely understandable. Julie was amazing, she helped us to send a package to Sri Lanka and the cost was much lower than quoted on the website. Julie was fantastic, highly knowledgeable and patient despite it being after the service centre had closed. Will definitely be back to post items here in the future!
