Needed to conduct return shipping. Wasn't sure of the process. Was helped by a bloke named Mathew. He was super helpful, got me sorted in less than 5 minutes. Honestly, it was a way easier and better process than I had expected.

Communication is really poor, very frustrating trying to organise delivery after they failed to deliver (on the day when they said delivery was going to occur and someone stayed home all day to receive it). Delivery was attempted on the following when we were back at work and no collection card was left. The call centre, who have been the most helpful part of this process, said to sign the card and give authority to leave... hard to do with no card to actually sign. Will be contacting the company I purchased from and telling them to reconsider using this company for their freight.

Iā€™ve had repeated poor service from this company. In the past have left cards without knocking. Yesterday I arranged for someone to be at home all day then no show and today get a message that theyā€™re coming today when thereā€™s no one there! Appalling service and terrible communication. Iā€™ll be contacting supplier and letting them know I wonā€™t buy their products if they use Fed Ex.

What a disgrace to call themselves a courier business. Part gets picked up in Brisbane & 4 days later they have know idea where it is. Not only my inconvenience, the knock on effect to several businesses. Now have to wait fir an enquiry then action. Only gave one star because there was no option of zero stars. Have a look a the negative reviews & get some customer service. Disgraceful

It was horrible experience ever. On Monday, you said you tried to deliver but I was not at home. On Tue, call center, you said the deliveryman couldn't find my house. No way it is Camp hill and my house is even on the main road. The delivery man did not even try because my parcel is too long and maybe too heavy. You did not even leave a card in a letter box. So I sent my friend to the depot but she couldn't take them away because her car was too small. Eventually, she organized the drop off schedule As soon as she left, I received a message from your company it said it's delivered. Shocking! On Wed, I called every hour to check the delivery situation because I had an appointment with blind installer. So terrible delivery experience ever!

Incredibly, no, Stunningly bad company to deal with, everything written here about them is true. I ordered a package to be delivered to my PO box, it got to my city, and then because they don't deliver to PO boxes for who knows what reason in 2021, it got shipped back across the state ( some 1400km's) to then be transferred to another company to then be RESHIPPED back to my town. All this after ringing them up and organising to pick it up from the depot near me as the tracking no. indicated that it was there waiting tone picked up. The customer service rep on the phone said it was there, and will be available for me to pick up today. The only saving grace were the ladies at the front desk who were actually very helpful and organised to get my package intercepted and into my hands faster. They were excellent. But even with that how this company has any customers is truely beyond me.

On 18/12/20 I recevied a SMS a box was delivered to my door in Mysterton - Nothing was there. I lodged a case with TNT and was told that on Monday the 21st, they would get back to me after checking the truck GPS to confirm the box was left at the correct address. When "Aly/Ali" from TNT called back today she told me the GPS tracking confirmed the box had been delivered correctly - This is not true! On 20/12/20, a person living 300 meters away on Brentnall Street, Mysterton came to the door with the box. It had been left at their door. I do not appreciate being lied to about the GPS information which clearly could not have confirmed the correct delivery address. I was told this information would be sent back to the local depot. I have very little confidence anything will be done about it.

Ordered something with expectations for it to arrive within the week. Apparently it was attempted to be delivered to me on Friday, even though no one knocked at the door or rung the bell. No parcel collection slip was left. Was then sent a link to set up a collection point. I set up the collection point. Went to collect it. Not there. Came back at 4pm, still not there. Called tnt and the customer service persionel was polite and we rescedueled a pickup at the same collection point for next week Monday. Was supposed to get a text message saying when I could pick it up. Never got one. Called tnt again and they said it was too big to be taken to the collection point which I find to be complete rubbish. They said I can pick it up at the depot on Tuesday and that they'll send me an email. I sincerly hope they deliver because if i hadn't called today, they would've shipped my item back. I'll call in tomorrow if I don't get any email and this call wont be as calm as before. This is by far the most hassle i've had in my life to pick up one package. Au post actually has good employees that actually bother to ring the bell and deliver their item. Horrific experience. I'm not looking forward to when they are scedueled to handle my furniture. If I seriously dont get any response tomorrow, then I really have to take it into a broader public eye. I see so many reviews on here documenting tnt's horrific service and nothing has been done to fix it.

WHY WASNT IT DELIVERED TO AUSDRAULICS? WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THIS FOR 4 DAYS - I SUPPOSE TNT WOULD NOT LIKE TO PAY THE OVERNIGHT FREIGHT WE WERE CHARGED AND THE FIGHT WE ARE GOING TO HAVE WITH THE CUSTOMER TO PAY IT.
